Abt Parcel Service — Non picking parcel from home

Yesterday i have called around 10 am to mr . shridhar on help line no. he has assured me to pick the parcel after 4 pm . but no body did turnup yesterday to till the writting of this email.

today i have again talked after 9 am to ms radhika. she told me that delivery department will call me, but still not called.

you are a very very reputed couriar agency but suprised that no body picked my parcel yesterday.

what kind of services you are providing?
