I shipped a battery operated vehicle from bangalore to kelambakkam (Chennai). When it arrived at the nearest office, the vehicle was damaged and roughly used. When the vehicle was shipped it was safely packed and covered. When i went to receive it, it was broken (Number plate, front light, break, and body). The service people took extra handling charges before the shipment and my vehicle was received in a bad condition.

Updated by joeljjv The ABT Service Manager had called us and told that the needed money will be refunded, and told us to call the next day.When we called then phone was not answered .Still that person is not attending the call for our need .
now there is no response from ABT.
