Abt Parcel Service — Unauthorized charges and delay in delivery

I have a complaint against the ABT, Bangalore branch, Hosur road.
On Mon 18 Jan, 2016, i have given my bike for transfer to my kerala home.
They have charged Rs: 3500 from me but given bill (WB#875166) for only 3042.
Also the delivery date given was 20th Jan but till now i have not got my consignment. While enquiring, i got to know that the parcel is still at aluva hub and according to the aluva branch people, they could not send today because of no space in the truck.
this is very loose and un professional service from ABT. I will not prefer ABT service again.

Updated by SoniThomas This is my second complaint against ABT service for the same consignment, the first complaint was regarding over charge and delay for shipping for WB # 875166. Now today when I received the consignment (my bike) which took more than a week to deliver, I found that my bike key is missing. ABT branch Alappuzha said that they don’t keep any key but while dispatching the Bike in ABT Hosur road Bangalore Branch, they took the bike key. Now the Alappuzha branch people does not agree to it and not showing any interest in finding my key, also they have asked me to pay additional 200/- for handling fee etc, which I was not told during dispatching. Overall, I am very much dissatisfies with all ABT hubs (Bangalore, Aluva and Alappuzha)
