Abt Parcel Service — Unethical behaviour

We had send parcel of scooty (Pleasure) on 27/05/2016 i. E friday from porbandar to ahmedabad. On next day we reached kalupur station, ahmd parcel office at 12 pm to pick up the parcel. But it was not reached there still. Then madam replied that it reached at bombay by mistake and she told that you will get it after 2-3 days. We call at porbandar parcel office to mr. Nasim (Ph.[protected]). He told that "go to parcel office, ahmd only after i call u".
Then he called us on 30/05/2016 i. E monday at 5 pm and told that go tomorrow to take the parcel. Then we reached there today i. E 31/05/2016 at 11 pm. They took charges of rs 459 from us for late receiving and she behaved unethically with us. Please take necessary actions against this lady and do needful and give us refund if possible.
