Abzy.com — shopped online for orthayu product for rs. 2789, however not delivered on my shipping address

Hi Team,

I Manoj Gathe did an online shopping for product named "OrthAyu" from Abzy.com dated 4th August 2018.

I also received order acknowledgement receipt from abzy support team.
Further, when I have contacted their customer care team (customer care no. (+91) [protected] / [protected] - as shown in their website https://abzy.com), I shocked to know from their tele-caller that, they cannot support me anymore.

Further I tried reaching to them through online chat and no response.

I got disappoint with such nature of Abzy.com.

Kindly resolve this issue and either deliver the product on my shipping address else, refund my complete amount (including delivery charges).

Please do the needful.

Inspite of requesting you many times, there is no positive response from your end.
Yesterday, I received call from no. +91 [protected] as customer care of ABZY.com and said that further he will refund me complete amount.
For this he was supposed to send me an email, I am awaiting for the same, nothing has happened till today.
Further, I tried calling on the same no., however not found working.

I request you again instead of revolving this matter, kindly resolve this immediately, else I need to escalate to higher level.

I did not receive any response from your end.
When I did chat with your customer care, I still did not find any positive response to my query.
I got a call from one of your person (saying, that talking from customer care), but no further response from your team.

This is height of disappointment your doing with me.

I need the resolution immediately (either deliver my product on shipping address OR refund the amount immediately.

Else, I will be taking strict action considering consumer cheating.
