I had placed an order for slim belt vide order no 5276on jan 27 i did get the belt but it very small and immediately called the no given on the box and was told we will replace as the replacement did not come i called up several times on different nos no reply finally as one number answer the call before saying anything looks like
There's a recorded message which says zara hold karo check kar raha hum again i tried same message was playing it's now almost 20dys no replacement no refund send several mails no reply i now request for a refund or a replacement at times. I feel this is not a genuine company otherwise some response i would have got i sincerely request to do the needful or will have to take some action this is our hard money do reply

Dear sir,

Defective product has delivered at 11 dec 2018. And when i opened my product then find defective product. So i am try call to [protected], [protected], and also which name maintion on my bill invoice Bhawani interprises faridabad. Mobile no. [protected] . These are fraud . Please take action against his.

This is with reference to my on line order of "orthayu" from "abzy.com". But till now i haven't received my order.
I have already done online payment via instamojo, but now when i am calling on the number given on abzy.com they are saying they don't support online payment although their website has option for online payment.

I have placed order on 15th august 2018, and here is the payment id received from instamojo payment gateway : mojo8815005w25446404

Can you please help me out on this? I either want my product to be delivered or refund of the money i. E rs. 2, 858.37/-

Hi Team,

I Manoj Gathe did an online shopping for product named "OrthAyu" from Abzy.com dated 4th August 2018.

I also received order acknowledgement receipt from abzy support team.
Further, when I have contacted their customer care team (customer care no. (+91) [protected] / [protected] - as shown in their website https://abzy.com), I shocked to know from their tele-caller that, they cannot support me anymore.

Further I tried reaching to them through online chat and no response.

I got disappoint with such nature of Abzy.com.

Kindly resolve this issue and either deliver the product on my shipping address else, refund my complete amount (including delivery charges).

Please do the needful.

I was ordered a product sweat slim belt on 13th nov 2017, through telephonic comunication with abzy, com, as this product is not useful, ¬ in fitness i called them for return this product and refund our money but till date they are not responding, i called also distrubuter in nagpur from where we got parcel, before order we asked them about if we dont like product, is there any facility to return, they said yes. But now they igonerd us, please help us
