I have order army edition books from academic bag on 7 April, 2019 by online payment. I have waited for atleast 11 days but still I don't receive my books as these books are so important for me. I've tried to contact with them by there numbers given in description, I call them atleast 50 times but they have not pick up the phone atleast one time.I have text them in whatsapp as picuters are given below . I request them to send my money back to me . So that I can bought it from different place .

I don't want books. I must want my money because I need the money. Now a days. Pls. Refund my money.

My order id is [protected]. Ordered on 14/06/2021 for Rs 1110. requested cancellation for many . but no responce from their side. Please cancel my order and refund the amount.
