I have ordered and paid online for grade 5 computer text on Jan 7.Till date I havent received the order.They have sent me a tracking Id after two weeks which seems to be fake as i checked with concerned courier and they say no order has been processed in that Id.
Continued follow up has been done but they seem to be very lethargic and just need the money....

I have order army edition books from academic bag on 7 April, 2019 by online payment. I have waited for atleast 11 days but still I don't receive my books as these books are so important for me. I've tried to contact with them by there numbers given in description, I call them atleast 50 times but they have not pick up the phone atleast one time.I have text them in whatsapp as picuters are given below . I request them to send my money back...
