I am manohar vanam, recently I have applied for Accenture and I even got my pre-onboarding learning mail. while I was doing my learning modules suddenly from the 25th of May 2021 I was unable to login into my account.
My login credentials are showing invalid in (https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php). I even mailed to the onboarding team but non has responded. and it has been nearly a week, I'm very tensed and going through a lot of mental exertion. please help me.

    I was selected in our company as fresher on 12/Jan/2019. in that time, our company hiring BULK requirement for freshers and hired almost 6 months continuously (Nov 2018 to Apr 2019). my BGV also cleared with all required documents submitted. but unfortunately, our HRs used some golden words like " you are rejected due to attempted two times of exam without any gap " but before batches so many peoples doing like without a gap, they are selected and still, they are working. From my batch onwards, our HRs using these words.

    but my point here is. why our database is still not removed my data. it's still showing as PENDING status in our "Abacus Recruitment Management" Portal. I got referred by 3 peoples in our company as experienced. but I didn't get any calls from our company due to this reason of PENDING Status.

    Note: I'm not expecting to get a job in Accenture only. I just want to try in for 2nd chance. Bcoz as a fresher I'm rejected. at least as experienced, I want to face the Interview.

        Respected Sir/Madam, My Candidate Id is 988157 which is shown in Accenture Admitcard.Today was my Accenture exam at 10 A.M and I Cleared Ist Round and then after that the software closed itself and I was not able to proceed to coding round.So Sir Kindly give me another chance for doing that coding round.
        Sir/Madam, I belongs to Jammu, jammu and Kashmir and as you know that we suffers from lot of state problems so Sir/Madam I had done a lot of hardwork to clear my Accenture Ist round so please give me another chance for coding round.It will be very Kind of you sir.

            I had completed my cognitive assessment on SEB and I was informed to wait for 3-5 minutes. After that the screen displayed "You are eligible for the next test " and then i clicked on next button and i was taken to the login page and then I clicked on the login button but the page did not responded. I tried clicking it multiple times but it didn't responded. After some time the page displayed "Please give the test in secure browser". Due to this issue i was not able o give my technical test. I also tried to contact to the service number provided in the email but no one was answering the call.
            Please, help me resolve the issue.

              Query: Facing issues while joining for interview Scheduled Date 25th May 2021 Slot: 12:00 PM. I have entered in the lobby prior 15 minutes of my interview time as provided screenshot in attachment.
              I have good internet connection, good system configuration and also I have cleared all cookies from my browser.
              As I get notified for join the interview at 2:00 pm, I clicked on the button, and I was joined the lobby at 2:00 pm and I cannot find any interviewer and panel in the call, after 2 minutes of joining I got an email at 2:03 pm, that I have completed my interview, as there were no panel in the interview and I waited for 40 minutes in the call (lobby) and logged out.
              I also make a live chat and told them my issues, they said to wait for further communication and they said to login again with the same link and I am unable to login and it shows you are done with interview.

              I joined and waited in the lobby for almost more than 2 hours up to 3:30 pm, but my interview is not started and I got the mail that I have successfully completed my interview.

              This is very disappointing didn't expect like this from the company.

              I hope Accenture won't disappoint me again and will reschedule my interview as soon as possible.

                The first time I got registered in the Accenture job portal I applied for a job and in response got a mail for submission of the application. I completed the submission promptly. Later I got a message in my Candidate portal that my profile is not further considered. Thereafter I applied for another job at Accenture but didn't get any mails for submission of job application but just a Confirmation message in the Candidate portal. Every time I apply for a job at Accenture this Confirmation message was all I was getting in response.
                I humbly request the concerned authority to see through this problem and do the needful.

                  I applied for the position of New Associate-Procure to Pay Processing. After uploading my resume and clicked submit button and the confirmation I got was an email waiting in your inbox. But I haven't received any mail regarding the link or next process. I have attached the screenshot. Kindly look at it and help me out with this issue. So far I haven't received any acknowledgement mail regarding this link.                     Hi Team,
                    My CID : C9296726

                    I have cleared all the rounds and the only thing pending was Offer Discussion

                    But during the background check from Accenture team, I got an explanation that since I worked with Synechron company earlier ( that too 6yrs back ) my candidature has been closed and they are not considering me for the job

                    My question is I was working there 6yrs back, had it beeñ my current company I would have understood

                    Request the team to please consider my candidature as with great hope and expectation had given and cleared the interview and this reason for rejection is very hard to sink in

                        It's been more than 1 week my job application status is showing pending and also i am unable to update additional details also.                           I gave my Technical Round on 8th April. Then I submitted all my documents. HR round scheduled for 10th April. It was a pretty good discussion and I agreed on the offer made. I was told that someone will reach out to you for an offer letter. After that, there was no communication after that. After that nobody contacted me. Nobody picked calls. Nobody replied to my emails. Luckily one day somebody picked and said the process is slow due to Covid, please wait for a few days. I said okay and waited for not only 2-3 days but 2-3 weeks. And now it's been almost 1.5 months and no communication yet.

                          If possible, can you please let me know if I should wait for an offer letter anymore or not? I just want to have a closure on whether i should wait or should not bother about this anymore.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I was aloted a DH interview slot that is on 25th May 2021, at 12 pm. My ID number: 976894 and I have joined the interview link prior before 15 mins and waited in the interview queue for 1hr 30mins. After that I got a notification to join the interview at 2pm, I have joined the interview at 2pm and after joining I found there are no interviewers in the lobby and I got the mail at 2:03 pm that I have completed my interview. I haven’t given my interview yet and I got the mail and I was in the lobby waited for panel and logged out after 15-20 mins. I am sure that, I haven’t given my interview yet and I got the mail that I have completed my interview. Kindly, please reschedule my interview sir, you can confirm from officials.

                                  Can you please let me know that should I be expecting any offer letter from your end?
                                  Can you please let me know what is the point of clearing the interview, submitting all documents when you won't be even providing the offer letter. Nobody responds to the mails, no body is reachable. Accenture being such a reputed organization, I really tmdid not expect this kind of behavior.

                                  Even same situation for me. My final interview was on 3 May and got a call saying that I am selected but then no calls from them and Point of Contact, she literally hung up on me when I was questioning her. Worst HR team. Did any of you got the offer?
                                  Same situation for me. I went through the final Interview process with Accenture on 8th May 2021 and 10th May 2021 respectively. I got all the round clearance mail communications then after submitted all the documents and accepted the LOA. But didn't receive offer letter.

                                  Simply just not getting what is the need of conducting the interviews, selecting the candidates and document verification process, when no offer will be initiated..? Nobody picks the call, no replies for mails.

                                  Contacted Accenture Helpdesk several times, but no necessary supports given by the team. Every time they have assured that they have already escalated the matter and I will definitely get a call from HR. But those are all fake promises.

                                  I have also raised an incident (complaint) with the Incident Number : INC646120, that is also unattended.

                                        My name is Gayathri Jojode. I applied for off-campus drive of Accenture. I got a test link of may-2 afternoon 2:30 pm. I opened that link at the given time, but I get invalid request at the time opened my link. I didn't attempt that exam because of that issue. And after that I got a mail on may-7 about to conduct re-assessment, but till now I didn't get any test link. I complained many times but till now no response about that exam.

                                        Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        This is with respect to the interview process that I went through with Accenture. I have cleared my technical round (Video Conference) and HR round (Telephonic)
                                        on 8th May 2021 and 10th May 2021 respectively.

                                        Then I got a call from HR on 10th May 2021 regarding necessary documents upload to the portal and to accept the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) over the mail. I have uploaded all the required documents and also accepted the LOA on that day.

                                        But then I haven't received any further communications henceforth. I have also raised an incident with the Incident Number : INC646120 and also attached the mail communication for round clearance. Didn't get any response for that Incident. Also whenever I'm trying to reach to the concerned HR over telephone or via mail. No one is at all responding.

                                        Contacted Accenture Helpdesk several times, but no necessary supports given by the team. Every time they have assured that they have already escalated the matter and I will definitely get a call from HR. But those are all fake promises.

                                        In the Accenture Job portal the status is still showing as pending review, which I think should get updated to the next status.

                                        Please let me know when I can expect further communication from your end so that I can plan accordingly.
