My test was scheduled 5th feb friday (yesterday) at 9 am and my laptop specifications was all good and connectivity was also upto the given guidelines, but even trying for almost 1 and half hours my test opened for code challenge and upon compeletiing that submit i wait for 20 then it shows next test is lined up...then i wait for almost 2 hrs no teat open still showing same message of slow computer. I messeged multiple time on chatbots and called almost 50-60 times but no response, they were not receiving and after receiving they say only hello and cut the phone.
So, today 6th feb sat, i get the mail of giving the test again but again same problems facing for almost 7pm to 10pm i even send screenshots to chatbots and called almost 50-60 times no one received call either...what to do, even i want to give my test at my utmost try but no one even listening to the problems i face, , ...for this technical support team is setup for...i can't able to understand how the technical help tem of the most-valued company not even recieve call to help...please help me for the same.
