My name is naveen. I worked in accenture solutions pvt ltd from january 2016 to may 2017 with emp id 11215653. I applied for pf withdrawal online in november 2017, the claim for rejected due to pension count error, which is error committed by accenture pf department and same has been accepted by them. I have contacted the accenture pf department in december 2017 and till now they have not resolved my issue. They gave wrong information intentionally and made false promises. They keep on extending deadline again and again. They have made me fool and i have suffered mental stress. Its been 2 years 2 months till now the issue is not resolved.
Please take action against such company

Updated by naveen100 No reply from Company. Please take action against this company. This company is making ex employees fool and causing them stress.
I have received offer letter on 22th Jan, 2020. However due to some technical difficulties from their side the OTP is not generating and I am unable to take any action on it.
Called/Mailed to the HR multiple times, who either don’t pick up the call or disconnected on face without any resolution.
