I have submitted both online and manual copies to accenture pf team to transfer my pf amount to my current working company it is now almost nearing two years now no one helped me to resolve the issue. I contacted pf office on the rejected transfer they confirmed some information ecr is not correctly updated by accenture, i provided that details to accenture pf team copying exit hr team those email are now not working and getting no response from them. I have no alternative to contact them.
On dec 25 2018i received email they will submit the pf form and going to update me on this. From past one week i am trying to contact via email it is of no use. It shows the how ignorant they are for old emplyoees and not helping to get our hard earned money. It is never expect being a fortune company.
Can anyone from accenture team help me to get my pf trasnferred.
My emp id is 11262916.

    Hi, i would like compalin abput the recruitment process of accenture. I attended interview at accenture on march 16th, 2019 and cleared all the mandatory rounds and even submitted the documents also. My candidate id is c7796320. But i haven’t received my offer letter and status got updated that, the process is delayed as there is no relevant demand available. If this is going to be the case, then what is need for interview? This is highly disappointing and not expected from a company like accenture. I request you to resolve this issue.

    Hi i am going to interview in Accenture.so disappoint for interview.they HR told my address out of boundaries they told you are area is not on boundries but my location area is show than.i m stay in ghatkopar so ghatkopar location is around 20 minit in office location so I dnt know what the new rules are company...so please be action for take her

      Hi all,

      It's been six months i left acccenture and since then i'm trying to withdraw my pf.. I was sent an email that there was some mistake in the name an it cannot be corrected until april. I received a confirmation email that the mistake was corrected 45 days back. Since then i keep sending emails to acct pf team and i do not receive any reply.

        Hi team,

        My case number is hrc0494050. I was refereed by an employee. I was rejected even without being interviewed. I have written couple of emails and also wrote to the support team via alumni web portal however each time case is created and no response is received. I am upset with this behaviour.
        Now i am not able to get a valid reason nor a chance to prove my capabilities. I am attaching copies of all the communications. Please help me!

          I have applied in physical challenge category on mar 28th 2019.

          I cleared all 4 rounds of interviews. Now i got email for uploading documents but i am not able to upload it on portal due to incorrect email address created by hr.

          Now i am trying to call her from last 2 days but she is not answering or reverting. And not ready give credentials for tracking my application. Accenture even doesn't understand how difficult it is for physically challenge peoples.

          This is very frustrating when after clearing all rounds hr doesn't have time to reply on a single email or call.

          I got another mail on Apr 15 2019 from s.g.[protected]@accenture.com for sending documents over email. than Apr 17 I got another call from rosy.[protected]@accenture.com for sending documents. now one more email i got from sneha.[protected]@accenture.com for document sending. I sent my document to everyone but no one is ready to respond me back or not ready to receive my call. no one is updating my email id on portal so i can see my application status.

          These people are sitting there for harassment only. Specially when candidate is physically challenge. Accenture believes that enterprises have a powerful role to play in ensuring technology helps bridge the divide for people with disabilities. These all statement are just a statements. these people are making fool to public who spent their time and money and wishing a career with Accenture.

          Unfortunately you have not been able to clear all the rounds of the interview process.

          We shall get back to you in the future once we have a relevant position open matching your portfolio.

          after few days i got another email from mamatha.s.[protected]@accenture.com

          Pls ignore the below mail trigger which is erroneously sent.
          Rosy or Sneha will reach out to you on further process pls.

          I am just waiting from 1 month for only updating email id on portal. every time i am getting the same answer that it will get updated in 24 hours.

          finally i decided to file a petitioned against this harassment under Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016).

            My PF no is - MHBAN[protected] and I want to transfer this into my PF in new organization but since, Accenture has filled incorrect details with PF office it is getting rejected every time.

            I sent query to EB.[protected]@accenture.com and my reference number was SR #: 1-[protected].
            The response i received was as follows:

            "Hi Rishabh,

            11084700

            Please be informed that PF transfer forms are kept on hold due to pension contribution error, our concern officials are working on revised contribution details and same will be completed shortly. After prepraing we will submit the same to PF department.Post receipt of the consolidated data, pf officials will upload the same in online records and settlement will be processed on priority.
            To complete this activity, pf department required 30 to 35 days and after that employees transfer forms will be considered for settlement. Hence kindly allow us 30 to 35 days for submission."

            However it is around one year since then and i have sent several queries but the issue is not yet resolved as they always ask for some more time.
            First they asked for 30-35 days then till December, after that they asked more time till march then again they are asking more time.

              They ask the necessary documents when they need to conduct an interview and they will be very specific regarding interview and requirements for jd, and we will take it prior and we send all the documents that are necessary for the post they have also conducted the interview after two weeks. They send auto genrated message through portal.
              That i have posted in snapshot, if this is a case, than why they need to take an interview without business.

                  I got selected as a qa for functional test planning in accenture in aug. And then i did not receive the offer letter.
                  The hr called me in oct end and offered very less ctc, i told her that we already had a discussion about the expected ctc etc to which she gave very rude replies.
                  I did not accept the offer with that ctc, so she sent me a new offer letter without any intimidation and i missed it and couldn't accept it.
                  The doj was 28th dec and i have been constantly calling and emailing her after that.
                  Initially she didn't respond over calls so i dropped her an email stating that i wish to join, to which she has constantly been saying there are no vacancies (Very rudely and arrogantly).
                  I see that accenture is hiring for the same profile (It's there on all the job portals and even my friends from the same organisation confirmed).
                  But the hr is still not picking up my calls and over mail she said there is no vacancy.
                  Their job portal says my candidature is rejected as i did not accept the offer letter and if i wish to rejoin i should contact the hr (She's not responding)

                  I wish to join the organisation asap as i had resigned from my prior organisation only after i received the selection mail from here.

                    revoked offer letter... no response from poc

                    I asked few question to my poc beena. [protected]@accenture.com about my first company's verification which i also confirmed while uploading document to concerned team.. And there where ok for it.
                    Poc directly revoked my offer letter without informing me.
                    After calling/ several mails she said position in pune is closed. She will inform once position is...

                    On jan 29th, 2019, i was informed that doj for my pf account mhban[protected] was wrongly updated in accenture portal, and they don’t have any editing potion in portal. So, i was requested to submit joint declaration.
                    I filled up the form along with offer letter and self-attested aadhar copy and sent to accenture...

                    I have applied for etl testing position on feb 6th 2019. I cleared all mandatory rounds, i submitted my documents and loa also. Still now i haven't receive any call for hr regarding offer letter. My cid is c7692830.

                    Now in portal it is showing candidate not responding status please reach out your talent coach for further process.

                    I tried to contact my talent coach through phone and mails, but he was not responding.                       Hi, This is Durga. I was asked to upload documents and was given profile creation tasks. In education details, graduation college name is prefilled as AU chennai-Anna University, Chennai. In mark sheet, college name is as College of Engineering. The education details task is getting rejected since i’m asked to update college name as per mark sheet. But this graduation college is prefilled so i cannot modify it. In my admit card it is AU Chennai- Anna University Chennai, But in my marksheet it is college of Engineering. What can i do to solve this issue?

                        I interviewed for accenture for automation testing profile i had given face to face on 23 rd february 2019 from magarpatta office cleared technical rounds.
                        Then after that managerial was conducted on 12 th march 2019.
                        I cleared that aswell but i wasn't informed about it. I called on my talent coach about my candidature and she told that i cleared my managerial round as well and will conduct hr on this monday i. E 19th march or coming week but now i got update on portal that this process got delayed.
                        The feedback wasn't shared on time by my hr which lead to delay in process and my status changed to their portal as "owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature, once we have suitable demand we shall reach out to you".
                        As a candidate invest time and patience in the interview process such things should not happen.

                              My interview took place on 05th feb, 2019 and i received my offer letter after many follow ups on 05th mar, 2019 with date of joining, work location and shift timing missing on it. Also, i wanted to discuss salary annexure once. Without these details its impossible for anyone to acknowledge or accept an offer letter. 12th mar, 2019 is the last day to accept/reject the offer letter and without any assistance its difficult for me make any decision.

                              I tried to contact my assigned recruiter several times through phone and e mails but no response is received.

                              Would request to help me through the same as soon as possible.

                                I can't sign in to my own employee id though i have my l-dap and email address and password. I am facing this issue every time i am signing into or logging into my account. I have contacted two or three times before and asked about how to resolve this but they only provided me a temporary security code. I am certainly able to log in to it but it's asking me for my identification and the code which was to my email, i'm entering that but it's showing a pop up that it's wrong.

                                    I'm an ex employee of accenture india. I have applied for withdrawal of pf amount and the application got rejected stating ecr update for pension. Issue has been encountered with ebsocial security team (Pf team in accenture) and got response from them that
                                    Suppose to claim through offline since pf team as not accepting online applications.
                                    After that i applied through offline and after waiting for more than 45 days eb social security accenture team respond that the form 15g has not been filled properly hence they didn't submit the application to pf team.
                                    Again after consulting ca i sent offline forms with confirmation that everything has been properly set then after 30 days they replied that pf team is not accepting offline forms we need to submit in online.
                                    Even after claiming in online am not able to withdraw amount again facing same pension amount issue.

                                    I am applying from march 2018 to till date and to get a single response from eb social security team i waited for more than a month

                                    Kindly requesting you to help me to get out of this.
