      Hello,
      This is megha prajapati, one of the selects of off-campus drive which happened in pune on 25may2019. I got link after successful test and interview for profile creation and document upload.
      I was asked to submit details and documents.in the educational details page the college, degree, branch name tab came prefilled as "gyan ganga institute of technology sciences" but my college name is "gyan ganga institute of technology & science, jabalpur", "b. Tech" but my degree is "b. E" and branch is "computer science and engineering" but in my marksheet the branch is "computer science & engineering". I've submitted my documents and they were rejected task5 asking me to change the college, degree, branch name, but i am not able to change that prefilled tab from college, degree, branch name field is not editable.
      There is no contact no. Or mail to contact them. So please make this complaint to reach them.

            Hi, i would like compalin about the recruitment process of accenture. I attended final interview at accenture on november 7th 2018 and cleared all the mandatory rounds and even submitted the documents also. My candidate id is c7442153. But i haven’t received my offer letter and status got updated that, the process is delayed as there is no relevant demand available. If this is going to be the case, then what is need for interview? This is highly disappointing and not expected from a company like accenture. I request you to resolve this issue.

              Dear team,

              This is nikita ahir employee id 11582162.

              I resigned the company on 26th march but however not got my fnf yet. First a fall i had to leave the company because of the # reason saying client has asked to reduce the team. So as per accenture's lifo policy, among them i was also the last person to join the team and that's why i was under redeployment pool. Now in these two months what the company does is they ask the hr to search for the employee jobs even if it doesn't match their requirement and once you get 3 self reject they ask you to leave the company. As per the procedure my last working day was supposed to be on the 20th of april 2019 but since i could not find any day shifts in the other project they asked me to leave on 26th march 2019. Also when i went to meet the hr nobody informs me that today i will be resigning. So while i was resigning on 26th march the hr reema thakur, informs me when asked that you will still be getting paid till 20th april 2019 also company will give some compensation which will come by 45days. But yet i have not yet received my fnf. And the bad thing about accenture is the hrs over there are not at all responsive. They just tell you to get in touch with the payroll team and payroll team is useless. There's no help or revert from anybody.in fact the hr mini pathak says i am not the right person all the time. Then i ask who is the right person tell me they give some random email id payroll. [protected]@accenture which is not at all helpful. I have sent email 3 or more times but nothing has happened. I mean, i have to run behind them for my own money. And i get nothing. Now i don't know what lame reasons are they going to give. First a fall they remove employee and an employee then has no work but to be behind these hr. As if we don't have any other work. I am at the same time hunting for jobs and also expecting when my fnf will come.

                Firstly it was supposed to be face to face interview but it was a telephonic interview

                Secondly i applied for pune location but position was for bangalore location. Why this was not clarified at the time of screening call

                Thirdly the interviewer was travelling and voice was not clearly audible. Also, he was not machine learning specialist (He told me himself), so it was not even a technical interview.

                What was the purpose of this whole exercise? Kindly explain.

                  I have applied for pre approved loan on 29th april 2019.. My name is harshali gawande.. It's been 5 days now i have got any update on the same... Calling customer care 100 times since monday none has given any satisfactorily answer... Why is so that you don't care to you customers at all... On urgent basis i had applied from kotak banking app... All you ppl are giving same replied saying that request is in process and it will get update.. Whats the use if you ppl don't solve our queries on time.. Yesterday when i called again to customer care number she raised request saying that you will get a call.. Pls i dnt need any call, please disbursed the amount as soon as possible or else pls i dnt need any service from you.. Very pathetic service from you... It's been 5 days now.. Very ridiculous service.. I would suggest no one to go with kotak for any loan service bcz they can nly keep their customers waiting with no response...

                    It has been more than ten years since I created an account on Accenture. I have not seen any company that can be such a big cheater. I have been requesting to delete my information and accounts on the site since 2 years now. But still no response. Accenture is a cheater and everyone from the company should be in jail.                       Still waiting for offer letter

                      I have given accenture skills interview on 5th of april and they took hr discussion on 15th april. After that they asked me to upload all the related documents. But till yesterday i didn't get any status updation from them.in there portal i can see my status as uploading documents on processing for last two weeks. I checked about this with one of the hr recruitment team and i got a reply like "as of now there is no requirement so we put your candidature on hold"and they can't release my offer letter. And from today onwards i am unable to login to my profile in there portal seems that blocked.

                        I interviewed for accenture for php programming profile for pune location. I had given face to face on18th january 2019 from gurgaon office.

                        My status changed to their portal as "owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature, once we have suitable demand we shall reach out to you".

                        Then again in april my final round was scheduled on 10th april 2019.
                        And after the final round on 23rd april i got a call to submit my salary slip and latest loa.

                        And after submitting all documents i found again that my status changed to their portal as "owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature, once we have suitable demand we shall reach out to you".
                        As a candidate invest time and patience in the interview process such things should not happen.
                        Second time the status was updated same even after the process is going on from last 4 months.

                          Hi, i was selected by accenture technology india and i did accept the offer letter. I was in auditorium room to complete the onboarding formalities in one of the branch. I get a call from my people advisor (Hr) stating that my previous candidature profile has been flagged with documents issue by the previous hr. I had worked before in accenture in the year 2015. I left the company the same year with proper clean exit by serving my notice period. However that has created a issue. Hence my joining date was on hold as my current hr said she would verify with the policy department regarding the same. After 5 days later i get a call from my hr stating that they can not hire me now as my previous profile is flagged and it is set on cooling period and has no idea when would that cooling period be set off. First of all they took 3 months to provide me a offer letter and now at the time of joining i get to know i can not be a part of them. Pathetic experience. I am very much disappointed and left with no job. They have wasted my 3 months which is crucial for an unemployed person. I would like to know what made the previous hr to flag my profile under documents issue though i had submitted all the required documents without keeping anything pending and still letting me work with them over a period and also letting me serve my notice period with a clean exit.                               I have left accenture in may 2018 and since then have been following up with pf team for my pf transfer. I applied online and the claim was rejected because they told me that because of some issue at their end, i can only apply offline pf transfer. I sent them physical forms in aug 2017 and they told me that offline pf transfer is not possible till mar19 because by then only my account will be rectified. Now that mar19 has passed, i am still not able to apply pf transfer offline or online and they have given a new timeline to apply after june 19.

                              Accenture pf team is not responding to my mails now and there is no way to contact them. Its a very pathetic situation and i am feeling helpless. I never expected pf transfer to be such a pain.

                              Epfo department's reply to my complaint:
                              "your wages is less than rs. 15000/- but your employer has not remitted the pension contribution against your a/c. Please contact with your employer and resubmit the claim after updation of revised ecr from your employer regarding confirmation of pension contribution."

                              Now RTI/EPFO reply says that ecr issue has been resolved. I am eligible for filing claim but Accenture is still not approving my PF transfer request.
                              I am also in the same boat, Accenture to my new company PF transfer is getting rejected multiple time i have tried in last year. Its my money only why I have to suffer so much because of somebody else mistakes. This should be resolved asap by Accenture PF team.

                              I got the below response after asking me to raise request for transfer. Wonder how many more years Accenture will take to transfer PF. This is frustrating.
                              Hi,
                              This is to inform you that EPS correction is undergoing in the account by the PF department. Hence there are some negative entries visible in your E-passbook. So, once it is rectified the debited amount will be credited back to the employee PF account and the whole contributions will be correctly reflected in the E-passbook. So kindly request to wait till JUN 2022 for completion of the EPS rectification.

                              I will keep your query status pending (Service request number:(PR1307957) till the issue gets resolved.

                              “If you have not received the required information with the above response as required even after 2 interactions, please reach out to us on [protected] ( select option 5 and then option 2 on the IVRS) between 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday”.

                                I have submitted both online and manual copies to accenture pf team to transfer my pf amount to my current working company it is now almost nearing two years now no one helped me to resolve the issue. I contacted pf office on the rejected transfer they confirmed some information ecr is not correctly updated by accenture, i provided that details to accenture pf team copying exit hr team those email are now not working and getting no response from them. I have no alternative to contact them.
                                On dec 25 2018i received email they will submit the pf form and going to update me on this. From past one week i am trying to contact via email it is of no use. It shows the how ignorant they are for old emplyoees and not helping to get our hard earned money. It is never expect being a fortune company.
                                Can anyone from accenture team help me to get my pf trasnferred.

I was sent an email that there was some mistake in the name an it cannot be corrected until april. I received a confirmation email that the mistake was corrected 45 days back.                                         I cleared all 4 rounds of interviews. Now i got email for uploading documents but i am not able to upload it on portal due to incorrect email address created by hr.

                                        Now i am trying to call her from last 2 days but she is not answering or reverting. And not ready give credentials for tracking my application. Accenture even doesn't understand how difficult it is for physically challenge peoples.

                                        I got another mail on Apr 15 2019 from s.g.[protected]@accenture.com for sending documents over email. than Apr 17 I got another call from rosy.[protected]@accenture.com for sending documents. now one more email i got from sneha.[protected]@accenture.com for document sending. I sent my document to everyone but no one is ready to respond me back or not ready to receive my call. no one is updating my email id on portal so i can see my application status.

                                        These people are sitting there for harassment only. Specially when candidate is physically challenge. Accenture believes that enterprises have a powerful role to play in ensuring technology helps bridge the divide for people with disabilities. These all statement are just a statements. these people are making fool to public who spent their time and money and wishing a career with Accenture.

                                        alankrutha. [protected]@accenture.com specially this HR was worst than ever. Hope Accenture India will help for justice.

                                        After 1 week i got the new email from rosy.[protected]@accenture.com

                                        At the outset many thanks for your continued interest with Accenture!
                                        Unfortunately you have not been able to clear all the rounds of the interview process.

                                        We shall get back to you in the future once we have a relevant position open matching your portfolio.

                                        after few days i got another email from mamatha.s.[protected]@accenture.com

                                        Pls ignore the below mail trigger which is erroneously sent.
                                        Rosy or Sneha will reach out to you on further process pls.

                                        I am just waiting from 1 month for only updating email id on portal. every time i am getting the same answer that it will get updated in 24 hours.

                                        finally i decided to file a petitioned against this harassment under Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016).
