I attended the offcampus drive of accenture. I cleared the interview and then i was provided with clertain tasks. I received a mail regarding clearing the interview and document verification. Then after few days i received a mail that my profile doesn't meet the eligibility criteria because as mention they are hiring from circuit branches. My brach is electrical which is a circuit branch then also my profile is rejected.

Hello i'm priyanka negi i gave interview for accenture it operations associate post in delhi on 19 jan 2019. Then i was asked to submit my documents and in the educational details page the graduation branch tab came prefilled as electrical and electronics engineering but i am from electrical engineering. I've submitted my documents and they were rejected asking me to change the graduation branch, but i am not able to change that prefilled tab from to ee. Some of the other candidates are also facing this issue. There is no contact no. Or mail to contact them. So please make this complaint to reach them.

I cleared my technical round in accenture and i got mail like next round is the hr round.in the very next day, i got mail like my application is on hold and within 10 min again got a mail like next round is the hr round. I tried to contact my contact person, talent coach and hr. Nobody is responding for email and call.

The status changed to their portal as "owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature, once we have suitable demand we shall reach out to you".

In the mail, they mentioned currently we do not have a suitable position in the organization which is commensurate with your background/skills and experience but a few hours ago they posted openings for angular developer. What's happening around me am not getting i need you, people to help.

I requesting you to look at this and clarify it. Please see the image attached which will make confusing for everyone.

My educational details task was rejected as my cgpa is 6.93. I have re-submitted the task with the percentage certificate from my university. As per my university norms, percentage=cgpa*10. My percentage becomes 69.3%. I have attached percentage certificate provided by my university stating that i have secured 69.3% during degree examinations. My terrible experience with accenture:

I was recruited by the bengaluru team for pune location as an analyst.

I resigned with the previous company on dec 21, 2018, after completing all the formalities. I was supposed to join pune accenture on dec 24. But then i got a call saying the onboarding date has been postponed on jan 1.

On jan 1, they gave a new date. Another date after that and after that. This kept happening till mid-feb.

When i asked the reason, they told me the background check is stuck-up. My immediate previous organization was okay according to them, but previous to that had problems.

They couldn't find proof. I gave them documents about my employment. I gave them the registration link to the govt website. (I think accenture has a team that doesn't even trust govt website too).

My previous company doesn't exist now, doesn't mean it never existed. I gave them bank statements too. But, just because of inefficient background teams, i have not just lost 3 months - but have a no job in hand.

Whenever i tried to contact hrs, they never replied to texts or calls. (I have proofs). They used to call a day before to say 'don't fo tomorrow, your date is postponed.'

The 'human' element in hr was definitely missing.

I am highly amazed by the company such as accenture to turn out so bogus.

Your background teams can't find a govt. Link? This is a new low!

They started demanding pf details from that organization now - how idiotic. I have been telling from day 1 that they didn't have pf.

Not all companies are compliant from the day they begin, especially when pf law applies when the number of employees is above 20. That co. Was way too small. It was a mere start-up. And if you had a problem, should have never considered my candidature.

The background team couldn't even find the registration link, i searched it and spoonfed it for them.

Now, they aren't even taking cognisance of that proof.

Is accenture trying to be above govt.? I have been patient for 3 months, waiting for calls, and messages.

I am really shattered by such silly bogus policies. A co. Of global stature turned out to be so inefficient.

If my previous co. Never exist, i wouldn't have taken efforts to make this post. I'll make sure that justice is served, even if it means knocking the doors of the court.

Since my degree college name is wrong in profile creation of accenture. So the educational details task is rejecting by giving comment that college name does match with your documents uploaded. So edit the college name. But degree college name is unable to edit. So how can i change college name. And there is no contact details to contact to accenture team. Since on help desk i have submitted the query but the reply is not came.

Please please do the needful by resolving this so that i don't miss this opportunity to be a part of accenture.

Also please note that i have raised this concern to accenture for the same issue multiple times. But, i have not received a valid response.

My name mayank kuma singh. My interview is scheduled on 29 th january 2019. And i had to reach for interview after taking a leave. But when i reached my interview is not proceed by accenture team. And they spoil my whole days. They told me that interviewer is not present so we provide telephonic interview on next days. But suddenly they email me that position gone on hold.
I have spoil my whole day, i have to take leave and accenture team performing irresponsible behavior. And they are not giving any justification. I need you help.

My friend had referred me for accenture and my profile was selected for SAP BI. They took telephonic and F2F technical interview and after 2-3 days i received selection email saying they will schedule my managerial round, i got another email after 3-4 days that my all rounds are cleared and hr will contact me for hr discussion, after lot of follow up got call and they said that they scheduled my final hr interview.but on the day of interview the status changed to their portal as "owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature, once we have suitable demand we shall reach out to you".
I am not understanding whether i should wait for their further communication or no

This is hema. I am writing this mail regarding my candidature with accenture.

Just to give background, i had cleared 3 rounds of interview (2 technical + 1 hr) in accenture. My interviews were on 13th nov 2018 (Telephonic) and 4th jan 2019 (Face to face). I had got below message after 2nd round of technical interview.

Dear hema shree r, we are pleased to inform you that you have cleared mandatory rounds of interview. You are hereby requested to furnish document (S) to process your candidature. For further details pertaining to list of document (S), kindly refer the email with subject line 'request for document'. For any queries, please write to candidate. [protected]@accenture.com and quote your cid/regd. E-mail id. Please ignore this message if you have already uploaded the document (S).

Also, i got call from hr (Shalini. [protected]@accenture.com) who was very reliable and asking me to upload documents for verification and i did the same.

After 2days l got message like profile is onhold and next day profile removed from the portal.

With lot of dedication and efforts (Like taking leave from current organisation, preparation, travel..) i attended the interview and gave my best and got selected.

But never expected impolite response from the talent coach (Bagmita. [protected]@accenture.com) on call saying there is no demand so removed the profile and she cut the call without listening my response.

This kind of incidents will lower the candidates confidence and gives negative impression about reputed company like accenture.

I am here by requesting you please help me to understand the fact why my profile was removed from accenture portal and even after clearing all rounds of interview and uploading documents why offer wasn't released?

Accenture terminated me without any notice, as per the company guidelines, if any meeting invite is accepted and the person is not available at the meeting the person would feel guilty but if the person has given reason and has send the reply to the invitation before scheduled meeting time then it cannot come under the guideline failure. Same in my case i did intimate and gave the reason for not attending the discussion.

I have done b. Tech in the stream of computer science and engineering. The details in the task appeared as b. E and the stream as computer science. I was assigned another task to edit the details. But, the edit option is not working. Kindly look into the problem. This may cause a delay in issuing the offer letter. Hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Hi, i have applied for accenture in 2014, unfortunately i haven't taken up the position - cid - c4617414.
Recently, applied for servicenow developer position in oct 2018, cleared the 1st round of interview on 31st oct, uploaded the documents in the portal for the cid - c6879411 upon email from accenture on 5th nov 2018.
Now, iam not viewing my latest cid in the portal, instead earlier one, closed in 2014 is being shown.
When i called the hr, they are saying we would check but no response to the emails and calls.
Could you help me on this please.

After completing all the technical interviews still from last six months am not getting any response from accenture, i have tried to call them many ways they didn't replied.

In portal since last 3 months it's showing like

They even confirmed that i will be getting the call from hr for offer release and then i didn't received any call.

I tried to contact n number of times but no one is ready to answer.

This is pooja hale, one of the selects of off-campus drive which happened in bangalore on 15dec2018. I got link after successful test and interview for profile creation and document upload.
I was asked to submit details and documents.in the educational details page the college name tab came prefilled as "swami ramanand teerth marathwada university" but my college name is "m. S. Bidwe engineering college, latur". I've submitted my documents and they were rejected task5 asking me to change the college name, but i am not able to change that prefilled tab from "swami ramanand teerth marathwada university" to "m. S. Bidwe engineering college, latur" as college name field is not editable.
There is no contact no. Or mail to contact them. So please make this complaint to reach them.
