My wife had clear all interview rounds and submitted all required documents. Hr called on 7th june 2017 and said her joining date will be 19th june 2017 as she is immediate joiner. Hr told her that she will send offer letter within one day. But today is 15th june 2017 thursday and and now just one day remains and still my wife have not received any offer letter.
When we check candidate portal then status is showing "awaiting offer acceptance" but still she had not received any offer letter. Even we tried to contact on available numbers but not get any response. Is anybody accountable for this process? I request you to please help and tell us the exact status of below candidate id -

I, prateek agarwal, having cid: c910354 have got an email from accenture on 18.04.2017 that i have cleared all the rounds of interview i had with accenture and was asked to submit all the necessary documents asap to take my candidature forward. Accordingly, i submitted all the documents required by them.

On the basis of above mail sent by accenture, one can safely assume that he/she has secured the job and accordingly i have informed my current organization regarding my resignation from there. Now, after continuous follow up with the hr team of accenture bengaluru, i am getting a mail that my candidature has been placed on hold and thereafter as per my telephonic conversation with one of the hr, i was told that i may or may not get the offer letter from accenture.

Is this anything less than playing with anyone's career!! Now, i am left with no choice but to quit my current job also as they have already hired one personnel as my replacement.

It's my sincere request to accenture bengaluru to please take a necessary step immediately to prevent my career from ruining.

1 year ago i had been selected in accenture for it operation executive but after client on boarding hr told me "you have to leave this job because your university has been blacklisted".

I want to say magadh university is very old and genuine university of india so how can it blacklisted?

I worked very hard to get this job but now i am hopeless, my future is in dark and my life will be destroyed.

I do not have any option now.

My name is Jaspreet Im working in MDC7 Mumbai, emp ID 11221056, I was on Leave in April as my father is suffering with cancer and was not able to fill up compensation plan. The compensation plan was freezed automatically for the entire year and with request also they didnot give me the option to edit it. Because of which I have to bear lot of deduction in my salary like LTA, Sodexo and Medical. My father is suffering with cancer and i need money and cant afford to get my salary deducted. This is really unethical and HR Mruguja who is working with Honeybadger team is also of no use as she is not ready to help.

My self Ramesh Babu Neela attended the walkin and selected for GL - RTR process in Hyderabad.

After the HR discussion, i have mailed like have another discussion about the package with concern and i have received offer letter without any reply for this mail.

Later informed the same, she replied it was final, no changes to the package offered. In the offer itself we have a link to accept the offer which is valid for 7 days.

After two more calls about the confirmation on package to Pratima Prem from my end, finally within the time i have accepted the offer and put down my papers in the current organization. Later received a call from some process people about the night shift as well. I am trying to contact her for Joining date and location in Hyderabad from last 15 days which the number provided in the letter [protected] was switched off.

Now the problem is not received the joining date and June 2nd is the last date in my current organisation.

Now Pratima is saying Ramesh has rejected the offer, even accepted the offer with in the Stipulated Time as mentioned with the link in offer letter.

I need to know how this was rejection of offer and a valid Judgement from Accenture Team. Simply she is playing with my Carrier.

I have applied for accenture on 07 january 2017 through elitmus. I have cleared the interview and got a mail from accenture that i have cleared the round and for the next i have to upload my documents to a link provided by them. I uploaded all the documents and within three days (23january2017) found that my documents were approved successfully. But after that i didnt receive any offer or joining letter. Its been 3+ month still didnt gt any letter from them. I mailed accenture but they said "right now there is no requirement. We will contact you soo". But soon i came to know that my junior batch (2017 batch) got their joining. Can somebody tell me even after my documenrs were approved why i dnt get my joining?

I had given an interview on 15th march'2017 at vikhroli, mumbai for the post of trainee associate - invoicing process. My 1st interviewer was anaclenta & i had total of 4 rounds after which they said that i will get a mail or a call regarding this interview. I got a call on 5th of april from your banglore office of mr. Sandeep ([protected]) that i have a final round of interview in andheri & the reference was given of anaclenta, so i thought that it must be regarding invoicing process. When i reach there & i attend the interview (It was taken by rahul & jayaprasad of sakinaka branch) in which i come to know that it is for the post of investment banking which i am not at all aware of. They say that they will give me a call if i get selected. After that i called me. Sandeep again & he told me the same that he will revert me & talk with anaclenta. It's 19.04.17 now & still there is no response from there side. So to confirm i called mrs. Vijeyta kataria, she told me that they had kept me on hold for the same process & there was a mistake done by them with my profile. And now after so many days i am calling mr. Sandeep he is not picking up my call. As in this is "the accenture". Truely proud of your organisation. I hope i will have some response atleast from your side otherwise i have to complain this to your higher authorities.

On 10th may 2016 i had received a mail that my candidature is in process of an offer of employment (status : Offer Pending) but till date i haven't received any mail regarding offer letter/joining date.

I have worked in accenture starting Dec 19'16 -Jan 18'17, i was asked to resign due to policy recomendation as it says I was employed earlier with Accenture and fact is I wasnt and having sufficient proof on same. I resigned and was told I will get my salary worked for the month(which was already delayed for 15 days) within 21 working days. After a month I contacted Palak Agarwal, she is not even aware of the issue and asking me to brief it all over and I had to share mails to her. I was given a weeks time for settlement, and there is no update even after two weeks. I tried reaching Palak but no response from her for weeks. I wrote emails to her with no response. I had to call her on continius basis to ensure she picks my call. Palak received call and says not to call her again anytime for this or anything. Such a great Advisor you have for the people Management. Great!!
Since Feb 28'17 I am getting mails from Palak (when I ask for an update) that salry with be credited "by this weekend max or early next week" I have all mails stating this incident. My concerns are mainly only two things here, .
1. Making me work with out salary.
2. Terminating even when enough proofs provided.
3. Failing to pay salary since 4 months.
4. Failing to resolve or get in touch with me.
5. No concern or help shown by Palak Agarwal-People advisor.
6. Last but the most severe concern-Jobless since Jan'17 since I have been terminated without having any other opportunity.

I would like to inform that if this again postpones anytime gng forward I am going to take this to Labour Court and consumer complaint on accenture behaviour towards ex employee.

Hoping to get proper response atleast in this forum.

HR members talks in rudely manner. They asked me to get those CID number, however, they didn't tell how to get that.
When asked she replied "I don't know. I will not proceed further until you get the CID number."
When asked from the other candidates they said that CID number will be given by the refferer.
My question is - if one doesn't not have any relative or friend in Accenture, will you not hire that person.
HR team work is to motivate the candidates but not to demotivate them.
This is not expected from such a big brand.

I didn't recieve any call for HR discussion and my status is showing that the compensation expectation is high so my profile is on hold. I don't know without any discussion how Accenture kept my profile on hold and surprising thing is my details has been shared with the project team by staffing department that I am about to join the project so they are calling me continuously. ACCENTURE India is the worst company. Especially their HR department totally useless.

Select the Candidates based on their personal interest.

Many of my friends even told this HR select candidates totally as per their choice.

NOT as per the candidate skills.

I have personally attended Accenture Interview TWO times.

One in 2016 and after 5 months again in March, 2017

First time interview took place at Raheja mindspace campus and wasted my whole day.

After this I even send feedback to their HR department. Where they took all the details.

After that irresponsible staff may be sleeping. Did not even reply after knowing their fault.

Again this time I got email from HRSS. So, I attended interview on 11th March, 2017.

First they called around 15 people at hall. And later again shifted to Cafeteria.

Where already few people waiting for their round since a long time. And few people moved to have water / refreshment. When lady HR staff find this, she is calling someone on phone. And barking like local uneducated ladies as you see in slums. On the call she is giving order( these people are roaming. Ask them to sit at one place or else leave the premises, why they are coming to interview when don't have patience).

This worst HR lady taking personally and she want to be like Hitler, don't believe in freedom of moving as well. As a job seeker you must sit on chair for hours, until they complete their useless works by talking with colleagues, wasting all time etc.

I TAKE as a challenge. Ask them to appointment me as HR head. I will show, how HR process can be improved and save 70% time of job seekers as well as Accenture HR as well.

So, that's different story of worst HR department of Accenture.

Now lets come to my HR interview.

I am a technical support professional having 5 year experience in the same chat/email process.

I worked with 3 companies. All international and American process.

I have excelled in all these companies. And for one year I was the topper in the whole process for AHT( Average Handling Time)

Those companies gave me opportunity. I worked beyond the expectations.

But at Accenture India Services, they are fooling the government by taking subsidy. They are fooling the candidates saying they believe in EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.

They do not want correct candidate. They filter the candidate based on their personal interest.

I challenge the HR head of India as well as HR head of Accenture HD office in USA. Give me an opportunity to work. At least for 2 months. I will show - how pathetic your HR department is, your HR department making fun at work place.

Wasting all company time even after finding correct job seekers. They are playing games.

This kind of HR department very worst and dangerous for the society.

So dear job seekers before you attend interview. Make sure you are wasting your time.

They feel happy and proud by filtering large number of candidates.

Here a perfect candidate having 5 years experience in the same field NOT selected. Because of inequality.

This is totally a company believe in INEQUALITY. Whereas inequality is termed as crime in Indian Constitution.

So, friends beware of this worst company. Make you fall in depression.

I buyed yamha r15 on 28december 2016 from aquad yamaha which is in BT road near dunlop kolkata. Its been more than 2 month and they have not given the bike number.Each time i call they give one or other reasons and ask me to call next week. I am calling them like everyday and still they are not giving me any 1 date when they can give my bike number.

This is the second time Accenture turned a blind eye on my candidature. Last before year, it kept my profile on hold for an year and finally sent mail, "Profile Archieved.. Please re-apply". I convinced myself and applied again. Cleared rounds of telephonic interview. After a while, I got a mail from them asking me to update details in their portal and would call for HR round of interview. I don't remember the name of person who took my interview but I got mail from balappa.[protected]@accenture.com and HR.Nethra (+91-[protected]) informing, that since I have cleared all interviews in past, they would be putting me directly to project rounds panel. Later postponed a week further and now not responding to calls. You're taking interview process as a joke. I really dont know how much you're spending on your interview process but candidates are being fooled every attempt they make towards being hired.
