Date of Leaving - 5th March 2016.
My PF no is - MH/BAN/45665/215249 and I want to transfer this into my PF in new organization but since, Accenture has filled incorrect/incomplete details with PF office, I am unable to file for transfer online.
Please note, I have been chasing this since November 2015, since, my PF slip was displaying wrong Date of Joining with Accenture which I received from AllSec portal in the year 2015.
On 31st March 2016 after I left Accenture, as a response to my query, I received a mail from Ascent Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. finally admitting that Accenture has filled my incorrect DOJ details from their PF portal (Employer's portal). Till this time they were blaming my previous organization (Capgemini) to have filled incorrect details from their PF portal.
MyRequests SR - SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected] and SR# 1-[protected].
Post this, they asked me to submit PF details correction form which I signed (it was filled already) and asked me to send it to below address. I posted it by Speed Post and it was delivered on 9th April 2016 -

Now, over past months whenever I request for an update, Ascent consulting services always inform me that there is a delay in getting authorized signature from Accenture.
On 26th July 2016, they told me that - "Please be informed that we have received your PF correction forms with the authorized signature from Accenture and the same will be filed with the PF department shortly." As followup against this, when I asked for an update in the month of Sept 2016, they retracted from their previous statement and again told me that there is delay in getting authorized signature from Accenture.
Even if I write to India Finance Center they do not respond and route my query to Ascent services.
Not a single help as been provided to me all these months in this regard other than their one line response.
I have all the email communication and can provide them as requested.
I have attached snippet of mail communications and also snippet from my Online Transfer Claim Portal showing incomplete and incorrect details filled by Accenture which are visible to me while filing for online transfer.

Complaint marked as Resolved Did not receive any communication from Accenture any further.
Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
After that I got so many email from Accenture about updated number and I communicated well about number and ask for any alternate number.
Accenture HR process is such a ridiculous they don't even bother to respond on email..
