My PF no is - MH/BAN/45665/215249 and I want to transfer this into my PF in new organization but since, Accenture has filled incorrect/incomplete details with PF office, I am unable to file for transfer online.

Please note, I have been chasing this since November 2015, since, my PF slip was displaying wrong Date of Joining with Accenture which I received from AllSec portal in the year 2015.
On 31st March 2016 after I left Accenture, as a response to my query, I received a mail from Ascent Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. finally admitting that Accenture has filled my incorrect DOJ details from their PF portal (Employer's portal). Till this time they were blaming my previous organization (Capgemini) to have filled incorrect details from their PF portal.
MyRequests SR - SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected] and SR# 1-[protected].

Post this, they asked me to submit PF details correction form which I signed (it was filled already) and asked me to send it to below address. I posted it by Speed Post and it was delivered on 9th April 2016 -

Now, over past months whenever I request for an update, Ascent consulting services always inform me that there is a delay in getting authorized signature from Accenture.
On 26th July 2016, they told me that - "Please be informed that we have received your PF correction forms with the authorized signature from Accenture and the same will be filed with the PF department shortly." As followup against this, when I asked for an update in the month of Sept 2016, they retracted from their previous statement and again told me that there is delay in getting authorized signature from Accenture.
Even if I write to India Finance Center they do not respond and route my query to Ascent services.
Not a single help as been provided to me all these months in this regard other than their one line response.
I have all the email communication and can provide them as requested.

I have attached snippet of mail communications and also snippet from my Online Transfer Claim Portal showing incomplete and incorrect details filled by Accenture which are visible to me while filing for online transfer.

Hi, I applied for one job recently in Nov 2016. Somehow I couldn't pick up phone.

After that I got so many email from Accenture about updated number and I communicated well about number and ask for any alternate number.

Accenture HR process is such a ridiculous they don't even bother to respond on email..

    My cid - c5601618 - on 7th jan. 16 - feb.16, i gave and cleared two technical and one managerial round but hr round never happened as they mentioned that position was on hold from client end and accenture hr never replied back on mail or phone calls.

    I had submitted all the mandatory documents on their portal (eaf)

      Hello, today i booked cab from noida to delhi and normally when i used cab from same place them charges 500₹ to 600₹ maximum to max. Today they charged 878₹.
      Driver took longest route and he filled cng gas also after we denied him.. When we compliant to ola customer, they said that we sorry for that but charges would be same. And we only give 60₹ back. Instead 300₹ they giving me 60₹ only.
      Distance is only - 47.4 km. They took 56 km. Why he didn't opt route of dnd and they have charged 200₹ of toll tax.
      Ola just making fool to customer. Uber always takes fair decision for customers.
      Why should i pay more. Please help me.

        Hello team,

        I have been requesting for my pf amount from past one year. And every time i receive a response from them stating that signature missing in page 2 (Form19).

        Page 2 of the form 19 requires us to use a revenue stamp and our signature. However as per the new epfo policy it states that we do not require a revenue stamp.

        I have sent them numerous emails with no appropriate help from them.

        Please help me resolve this issue.

        I resent the documents to them... and as per their request I signed the page 2 of form19. However I am still getting the same response from them stating that my signature is missing in form 19 page 2. This is getting so frustrating. Please help.

          I had clear all round of interview in month of april 2016. then hr sabanaz rahaman called me to fill eaf form and submit my all documents. i did that. she told me i am in the process of receiving an offer of employment and i will contact shortly. i got a mail from hr idc too.in last week of jun i had received call regarding joining date and joining location and they said monday 4 july i will get call but no call and no response to email. but no response from their side. i want to know about my offer. one more thing, once i tried to call hr sabanaaz but did not received the call. i will highly obliged if you look into this.
          This is not expected from such reputed company.
          Kindly hep me to know when will i get my offer letter?? will they give it or not?

            I came to know through reliable sources that your HR in Bangalore (Bannerghatta Road Office) is mingled with external persons and has shared your company letter head and allowed the other person to use your company letter head to issue Appointment Letter to third person. As a multinational company, I never expected this kind of malpractices by your existing HR. Now I kindly request the management to take strict action in this regard.

            I had raised a request for PF withdrawal in Accenture but it got rejected twice with the same reason that my UAN is linked with two member ids. I had worked for two organizations and i got my PF transferred from first company to Accenture but now also i am not able to do that. Nobody picks the calls at Accenture and Maharashtra PF office adding more to it mails are also not replied that's really bad on their part.

            My member id is - MHBAN[protected] and my UAN no. is[protected].

            Please help me with the same.

              I quit accenture after serving more than 6 yrs and lwd was 5th july, 2016
              I have applied for pf partial withdrawal from my pf account with accenture and send one parcel containing form31, decalartion form, sales agreement copy and upfront payment receipts copies and couriered through blue dart on 29th august, 2106. Parcel was delivered on 30th august, 2016 and after repeated reminder i got confirmation that accenture has received my parcel on 9th september, 2016 stating that next acknowledgement message from accenture will be sent when documents will be submitted to pf office. On 21st september, 2016 i sent one reminder asking for my status of the application. Next day on 22nd september, 2016 i got message from accenturequeries that my application is on hold and again ask me to resend fresh form 31 filling details column4 (Which is pf account no) and i am sure that i filled this essential information in my earlier application.

              So i am totaly down now. I need this pf withdrawal amount very urgently. Going the accenture trend i will send again the forms and they will acknowledge it again after min 10 days and again after two or three weeks after my quries they will come again some sort of nuinaces. Ultimately i am in deep soup due to unabling to process my documents to pf office through accenture.

              I strongly doubt that accenture is showing complete lack of apathy and in sensitivities towards ex employee because they are no longer billable to the client and hence not to care. Upfront they should tell me that tehy donot care the ex employee case. Now so many days gone without processing and i doubt whether it will be processed at all.

              I also do not understand why govt put an old fossilized laws of such kind of application to be processed through employer for my own money.

                I attended Accenture interview in May 2016, They said I got selected and asked to fill EAF form and after one week time they said the vacancy is filled internally then again on September 15 th 2016 I have attended interview and I cleared technical & awaiting for hr rounds, I submitted all required documents to Hr mail, currently my status is PENDING FURTHER ASSESSMENTS.
                Could someone please let me know how to proceed.

                      I want to bring it to your kind attention that an FIR has been lodged against my husband Vivek Bhardwaj who is an employee of Accenture at present.

                      He has attempted to murder me and my son on 17th July 2016 and bribed Police Officer so that my FIR can't be lodged at location Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

                      He is threatening me as I have no siblings. I have only my old Mother at home and no support from relatives as well. My Father as already expired in 2007.
                      My husband and his family taking advantage of this and making my life hell.

                      Finally, my FIR got lodged on 23rd Aug 2016 after making a lot of effort.

                      I am also an ex-employee of Accenture and have served the company for 3 years starting from 1st Dec 2009 till 4th Dec 2012(Emp Id[protected].

                        I got selected for accenture for google play on 4th aug-2016 and confirmed by hr, i have submitted all the required documents on 8th aug-2016 to the concern person miss aarushi. I had to go thought 4 rounds of interview in 4 days. I submited my resume on the very first day and it was clearly mentioned in my cv that i have done my graduation from magadh university, bodhgaya. And was asked as a question in my interview rounds also by mrs aarushi in the first round and by rajdeep shukla in 4th operations round. After confirming they selected me and told me i will get the offer letter as soon as possible. But today on 16th aug-2016 after waiting for a week i contacted miss aarushi then she told that my profile has been rejected because magadh university is blacklisted for the company.

                        The hr team is just playing around and they just wasted my time.

                          I have a concern regarding interview procedure. I gave interview on 12 april 2016, next day i got mail saying that "your profile has been selected during technical round of discussion.

                          Next step as per the process would be the hr round of discussion. Our recruiter will reach out you shortly for scheduling the hr interview."

                          But from last 4 months i didn't get any call or mail regarding next hr round.

Since my family was affected by covid we were in quarantine, I saw the mail on April 12. I had time till 17th April. I raised many queries stating I had login issues. There was no reply.                               I was working in acceenture as financial analyst from april 2013 and i have resigned accenture on12th july 15.. I have courier all my pf form filled and two cancelled check, pan card xerox before one an half month back to mumbai accenture office, till now i have not received the detail and any email from them.                               I was working in Accenture from 06.07.2011 and have resigned in 16.05.2015.I have filled PF form and had courier to Accenture Mumbai office one an half month ago.Till date I have not received any information or any email from Mumbai office.I have called Mumbai office no [protected] but they have transffered my call to PF department.The call was not getting connected several times.The Accenture Mumbai office person suggested me to write an email to Mumbai office.

                                After qualifying through all the 3 rounds ( Technical written + Technical HR+HR PI ) for Profile "Digital operations -Media Management " | Google Process Google conducted by Accenture Gurgaon location & upon which the HR asked me to get my documents ready by a week, I never heard back properly from them for reason not releasing my joining after my selection confirmation.
                                Even What Accenture india HR Aakriti kumar remarked (completely absurd ) on mail "Hi Sushmita, Twice we had asked you to come and meet us at Sector-21 and both the times you didn’t show up and responded saying that you would not be available. If you are interested please come on Saturday at 11am sector-21."

                                Have gate-pass proof for my presence for same that proof her claim wrong that I was present but She didn't even bother to attend me.

                                  Hi,

                                  After 1 week o[censored]nprofessional behavior & worst experiences with the organization i am forced to write here.

                                  I was interviewed at accenture, gurgaon on saturday, 16-jul-16 for the designation of a trainer for google process through a consultancy (Signature staff). Post getting selected, i was informed that i will have to join the organization on 28-jul-16 or else they won't be able to on-board me. I had clearly informed before & during the interview that i would have to serve 2 months of notice period in my current organization, however ms. Arushi (Recruitment team) asked me to confirm the same by monday, 18-jul-16. Also, she asked me to fill up the candidate joining form and share all the required documents over email which was done instantly.

                                  On monday 18-jul-16, over text sms & email i confirmed ms. Arushi that i would be able to join accenture on 28-jul-16 (Since she was not answering calls) and later over telephonic conversation in the afternoon on the same day.

                                  On tuesday 19-jul-16, i received a call from mr. Malkeet[protected] asking me to share my documents over email for documentation purpose. And confirmed that they would revert back with an update regarding my offer letter.

                                  After multiple calls to ms. Arushi (Recruitment team) almost every day, few of them were answered and every time she confirmed that i have to join on 28-jul-16 and the joining letter will be released soon after the ref check is completed which is taking a little time.

                                  Irony is, yesterday was my last working day in my previous organization where i have paid for my notice period so that i can join accenture. Tomorrow 28-jul-16 is ideally my joining date for accenture but i have not received my offer letter till mow and neither is the ref check completed.
                                  Ms. Arushi has stopped answering my calls as well.
                                  Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    My candidate id :c5791346

                                    I got selected 4 month back through amcat and hr sabanaaz rahman asked me to send scanned documents in her gmail id. After submitting all the required document she told me that i would be getting offer letter within a month. But its almost 4 months i have not received any letter.
                                    And now she is not receiving my call nor even replying any of my mail.

                                    One more thing, once i tried to call hr sabanaaz from another number.. She received the call and when i mentioned my name, she hangs up the call.

                                    Please look into this matter. They are just playing with job seeker life.

                                    This is not expected from such reputed company

                                      I had raised a request for the new salary account as on 29th june 2016 and today is 22nd july 2016; what the hell? Are you guys sleeping in the bank? Even my two day basic salary was credited as on 12th of may and in this month end we will receive our current month salary also. The person in the bank is not responding (Not working) his name is sugumar who is repeating the same dialogue "your account will get activated today" for the past 20 days. All my documents were submitted properly. I have never seen a worst bank like axis in my whole life so far. Will you guys activate my account [protected] within a year??? Axis; worst bank ever!!!

                                      I'm irritated to the core because of this axis bank.. I'm also planning to inform HR about this issue.. I requested for new salary account on 16th July 2017 and still it's nt activated. It's been a month and possible I'll share about this to all Accenture employees not to create account in axis bank. Worst service. And no proper response from the bank and the person who got my documents.
