I have submitted my PF withdrawal request in Nov 2010. It was not processed for the last 7 months. On May 12, I have got a mail from Accenture saying the request was rejected by the PF office because of name mismatch. Accenture asked me to send my marriage certificate if the name is changed after marriage. I have sent them all the proofs include marriage certificate stating that there is no change in name after marriage....

I submitted my PF forms and blank cheque to my past company on Oct 2010 and they also sent those details to PF deptt. in mumbai on Sept 2010.

I didn't receive my PF final settlement since Oct 2010 and moreover i didn't get any response on the mails (ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in) which i sent to PF deptt so many times.

Even I was tried to reach them on over the phone however they didn't response as...

Every day i facing the same problem, daily i used to give change to conductor, but yesterday i gave rs 100 and ask for ticket, simply he was started scolding at me even don,t know the reason after he asked for change, actually i told them i don,t have change then also he started...

Previously I worked with IBM India Pvt Ltd in Kolkata location.While leaving I filed for PF withdrawal but till now amount is not credited to my account.IBM filed for PF withdrwal in PF office in Banglore on 09/02/2010. But till now amount is credited to my account.
