Hi

I was working in accenture till June 22 2012 , I got stroke during 6th month of pregnancy . Today is the last day for me at accenture.I am not able to put a signature due to the fact that i am having movement problem on my right hand. I will be grateful if you guide me in collecting my PF amount.

Good day All ,

This is Kalpana Narayanasamy ,Employee Id[protected] ,female employee , was working in IBC KNOWLEDGE PARK , BANGALORE for 14 months of time . During my tenure , I had some problem with few guys of my team which I had already reported to my Manager through Team Leader. They tried to convince me as much as I can. But , I was undergoing a severe trauma out of it and met with an accident .

I was on leave for three weeks for the same and submitted my medical reports to my HR. He disagreed to it and asked me resume my work though Doctor certificate clearly stated me bed rest of 3 months. Later part , he gave me a suggestion to pay 3 months of basic pay and leave the company which was roughly Rs.30,000/- . Later , I got a mail from Finance department that i need to pay Rs.90,000/- which is a big amount . Hence , they are holding my Relieving letter for past 5 months.

I was jobless for 5 months and my family was suffering because of that. I got a new offer for lesser amount and I need to join the firm with Relieving letter. I tried contacting my HR , Mr.Thilak Ramanjenaya and He is saying " Pay 90,000/- and get the Relieving letter " . I pleaded him as much as i can saying about my current family situation . He is literally harassing me.

I would like to plead you all to help me out in getting the relieving letter asap , hence I can run my family. I tried calling 1000's of people over phone and no response.

1. Why was action not taken against those guys even though I reported to My seniors???
2. Why dint HR accept my medical certificate though , doctor asked me to take 3 months bed rest after accident ???

I was forced to come out from accenture and now HR is demanding Rs.90,000/-

3. Can a normal Lower Middle class family pay 90,000/-??????

4. Isn't harrassment towards a female employee???????

5. A fellow citizen is suffering out of hunger without bread and butter with the entire family . is it the way to treat ?????

Please help me out in getting my relieving letter asap or my next step will be worst which everyone have to regret. ( HR said , do whatever you want to do , either die or give police complaint , I dont bother ) . These were the comments I heard when I tried calling HR department.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING AT ACCENTURE BANG 2 FOR PAST 11 MONTHS LOCATED AT ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT.LTD, BILEKAHALLI VILLAGE BANNERGHATTA ROAD , 560076. ITS BEEN ALWAYS A PROBLEM WORKING FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY WHO SUPPOSE TO BE CALLED "COMPANY FOR PEOPLE". I HAVE BEEN HARASSED AND GOT NO HELP FROM THE HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM AS WELL AS THE MANAGER WHEN REQUIRED. FOR PAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SALARY WHEN I SPOKE TO MY TEAM LEADER ABOUT IT SHE ACCEPTED THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE FROM HER SIDE, I WAS PROMISED THAT THE SALARY WILL BE CREDITED WITHIN[protected]. ON 07-02-13 THE SALARY WAS NOT CREDITED AND I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WILL BE CREDITED FOLLOWING MONTH. I HAVE NOT BEEN PAYED SALARY FOR DECEMBER AND JANUARY, BEING FRUSTRATED WANTED TO LEAVE THE COMPANY AND EVEN OFFERED TO PAY THE COMPENSATION TO WAVE OFF THE NOTICE PERIOD. I WAS BEING HUMILIATED BY THE HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM AND WAS INFORMED THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE COMPENSATION AMOUNT AND WILL RECEIVE A ABSCONDING LETTER AFTER 30 DAYS[protected]. THIS CLEARLY MEANS THAT A COMPANY AS BIG AS ACCENTURE WOULD CREATE PROBLEM FOR A EMPLOYEE EVEN FOR THE EXIT PROCESS. I HAVE BEEN HELPING MY TEAM LEADER WITH EVERY WORK AND EVEN SHARED HER WORKED WHEN NEEDED. I HAVE BEEN CLEARLY SAID THAT I WILL NOT GET A RESIGNATION LETTER AND HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM MEMBER HAD ADVISED ME TO GO ABSCONDING AS EVEN IF I PAY THE COMPENSATION FOR THE NOTICE I WILL BE GIVEN A ABSCONDING LETTER WHICH MEANS I CANNOT SHOW THE EXPERIENCE OF ACCENTURE TO ANY OTHER COMPANY AND WOULD BE REJECTED IF ACCENTURE EXPERIENCE IS SHOWN , THIS WILL BE EFFECTING MY CAREER. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY HELP FROM MY MANGER OR TEAM LEADER ON THIS. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE KEPT MY MANGER , TEAM LEADER AND HR INFORMED AND HAVE SEND MAIL TOO A ABSCONDING HAS BEEN RAISED AGAINST ME. THIS HAD ALSO HAPPENED ON THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2012 WHEN DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES I COULDN'T GO TO OFFICE, EVEN AFTER PROVIDING MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AND DOCUMENTS OF A HOSPITAL I HAD BEEN MARKED ABSCONDED AND WAS HUMILIATED BY THE HR AND TEAM LEADER. I was the ex-employee of Accenture services pvt.ltd having the employer id[protected] nd PF a/c no.-MH/BAN/45665/38552.I had resigned from the job on 16th feb 2011.After that i had sent the PF withdrawl form 19& 10 C to the company's Mumbai office but unfortunately no action had been taken to the above matter.

Again i have sent the PF withdrawl request letter with form 19 nd 10C and a cancelled cheque (as per the requirement) to the mumbai office on 27/09/2012 by DTDC courier and cargo ltd.,having consignment no.-B85953919,which has been delivered to the accenture office on 28 sept2012.But yet no action had been taken by the company to resolve my PF withdrawl request(as i use to check my PF status regulary,but no result is found).

So i request you to please talk to them and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I am working with Accenture Services Pvt Ltd Hyderabad (11th April 2011 to till now).

My PF account from previous Organization (ITTI Pvt Ltd, Bangalore 20th August 2007 to 7th April 2011) was maintained by PF office Bangalore.

Previous PF Account - BG/BNG/0016222/000/0001042

I applied for the transfer of my PF from my previous organization to new organization immediately after joining the organization ( i.e. in the month of April 2011)..
But till now my previous PF amount not been transferred to new PF account. (Near about 1.5 years)

I had check with PF office Bangalore, As per them PF transfer request has been sent to Mumbai PF Office (Bandra) on 2nd November 2011 for varification and waiting for the update.

Please let me know, status of the request.

Eisai is one of the worst deal in Accenture where people wants to go out of the deal very often.

In my final settlement variable pay was not paid even though I have been employee for Accenture during the period Sep 201 to Feb 2011 !? Dear Sir - I have resigned from my organisation on July 11, 2009. I have submitted the PF settlement forms on the Sep 22, 2010. I did received only the pension fund in my bank account and the PF amount has got bounced back to the SBI mumbai account. The same has been confirmed by the Pf authorities and the reissue form(form 13) was submitted on the June 03,2011 through my previous organisation. It has been seven months now since i have submitted the PF reissue form but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

It has been very disappointing to follow up with the government officials for receiving my hard earned own money.

I have initiated my PF transfer process 1 year back. I have been following-up with Accenture to transfer my Old PF account to New PF account.
