Dear Sir,

I am working with Accenture Services Pvt Ltd Hyderabad (11th April 2011 to till now).

My PF account from previous Organization (ITTI Pvt Ltd, Bangalore 20th August 2007 to 7th April 2011) was maintained by PF office Bangalore.

Previous PF Account - BG/BNG/0016222/000/0001042

I applied for the transfer of my PF from my previous organization to new organization immediately after joining the organization ( i.e. in the month of April 2011)..
But till now my previous PF amount not been transferred to new PF account. (Near about 1.5 years)

I had check with PF office Bangalore, As per them PF transfer request has been sent to Mumbai PF Office (Bandra) on 2nd November 2011 for varification and waiting for the update.

Current PF account - MH/BAN/45665/000/126144

Please let me know, status of the request.

    I am one of ex-employee of this cheating institution..

    This company has cheaper and worst HR Policies..

    Eisai is one of the worst deal in Accenture where people wants to go out of the deal very often.

    Bharath Nayak, he is the Service Delivery Lead for Eisai. He is the one who is doing underground work.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I am Jagadish, I had been engaged in one of the Assignments in Accenture Service Pvt. Ltd Chennai since 2006 till June 2008, I resigned to take up additional challenges.

      I Waited for two months for the PF process to get initiated, reminded my previous company about the initiation, i received a mail from the helpdesk after repeated reminders for couple of weeks saying that my PF withdrawal form has been submitted with PF office in Mumbai.
      Helpdesk had provided some numbers to be contacted in Mumbai PF office for status of my application.

      Couple of weeks passed by, i made my first follow up call to PF office, i got a sarcastic reply saying that " there are so many other applications waiting for the past one year without being settled"
      I was shocked to hear that kind of a response from a very responsible position (people who are suppose to serve the employees).

      Still i am unable to come out of that shock, because i had planned that amount for my father's heart surgery to be taking place in the month of February 2nd week.

      Accenture was my seventh company, i got my PF amount without any problems from my previous employers and chennai PF office.

      I am totally unhappy with the way officials working in Mumbai PF office, can we take it up with their superiors?

          My name is Sridhar Chakkapalli. I was an employee of Accenture Services in Bangalore. I resigned from my job in Feb 2011. In my final settlement variable pay was not paid even though I have been employee for Accenture during the period Sep 201 to Feb 2011 !? Can any one suggest on thsi matter who know the Accenture variable pay process?

            Dear Sir - I have resigned from my organisation on July 11, 2009. I have submitted the PF settlement forms on the Sep 22, 2010. I did received only the pension fund in my bank account and the PF amount has got bounced back to the SBI mumbai account. The same has been confirmed by the Pf authorities and the reissue form(form 13) was submitted on the June 03,2011 through my previous organisation. It has been seven months now since i have submitted the PF reissue form but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

            It has been very disappointing to follow up with the government officials for receiving my hard earned own money.

              I have initiated my PF transfer process 1 year back. I have been following-up with Accenture to transfer my Old PF account to New PF account.
              But they are not responding since long back. They were not replying for my emails, Please see the below mail format which I hav communicated with Accenture.

              Please help me resolve this problme.

                  I am working for Accenture Services Pvt Ltd , in Bangalore my TPA is TTK healcare and my insurer is Oriental Insurance Company.I have Submitted a claim in TTK for my wife Maternity expenses on 23/09/2011 for a total amount of 35,558.                                 Hi,

                                I have submitted my PF withdrawal request in Nov 2010. It was not processed for the last 7 months. On May 12, I have got a mail from Accenture saying the request was rejected by the PF office because of name mismatch. Accenture asked me to send my marriage certificate if the name is changed after marriage. I have sent them all the proofs include marriage certificate stating that there is no change in name after marriage. I have sent many mails to India.Finance.[protected]@accenture.com asking them to explain about the name mismatch and the process to correct that if there is any error, but they have not responded till date.
                                I am still waiting for their reply. No one picks phone if I call them. How can I get my request processed in case they are not responding to my mails and phone calls. Please suggest. I also contacted local PF office in Bangalore. Officer confirmed that the name in the previous PF statements and in the PF withdrawal form matches and there is no issues with that. He suggested me to ask the employer to resend the withdrawal request. After that all my attempts to contact Accenture Finance department have gone in vain.
                                Please help me in getting my PF withdrawal processed asap.

                                  I submitted my PF forms and blank cheque to my past company on Oct 2010 and they also sent those details to PF deptt. in mumbai on Sept 2010.

                                  I didn't receive my PF final settlement since Oct 2010 and moreover i didn't get any response on the mails (ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in) which i sent to PF deptt so many times.

                                  Even I was tried to reach them on over the phone however they didn't response as usual. I checked in website also but the site is not updated properly. It is very difficult to know the status of my PF money.

                                  Now i really don't know how to approach on this issue. Please help me to know the way to go further. I hope this mail will shoot the concerned deptt. and resolve my issue asap.
