"Hi Team, I am an ex employee bearing employee_id 11266249. I had raised a multile transfer request of pf amount from MHBAN, But everytime its getting rejected at field office they replied back with the following comments : ""Wage morethan 15000.
With reference to your grievance it is to inform you that inspite of you are eligible for membership of Pension Scheme M/s. Accenture has not extended the same to you and not deposited EPS contribution in your account and due to which error occurred while processing the claim. You are requested to contact to the establishment and ask them to provide clarification letter and copy of paid challan towards remittances of EPS contribution in your account"".Could you let me know how to go about it, else i have to take this up legally."

    I have been trying to have my PF account regularized by following up with the EB.Socialsecurity team with Accenture for the past 2 years and they have still not fixed the issue yet. Every time I follow-up with them I get the same response that it will be done in 15days but never fixed.

    I am really feeling helpless as I do not know what to be done and whom to approach.

    I have tried to transfer my PF account to my Last company almost 5 times and every time I get a response from the PF officer that Accenture has not yet submitted the Missing PF contribution reason for specific period (I was on GCP).

    My employee No. with Accenture is 10417117 I had resigned 5 years back in 2018 .

    Now currently I am Not working with any organization and which to withdraw my PF and I am unable to withdraw the funds due to missing PF contribution for GCP dates that needs to be corrected by Accenture. Kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

      I am trying to login into the Accenture portal. But I don't have password, so I gave forget password and after that my email got verified, And it showing please wait we are processing your information and it got stuck there and not showing anything after that.

            Actually unknowing I have created another account of Accenture but it makes me lot of problem saying that your resume is Already in our Database. So requesting to remove my data from the accenture data place. I have already complained to web team Accenture but i did not got any response.

              In the month of February I applied for a position at Accenture for HR associate shared services- Mumbai associate.
              They were offering me less than what i was getting at my previous organisation.
              I passed the interview process, and was to wait. After entire one month i reached out to the recruiters but they didn’t respond. I called them
              Numerous times, dropped many emails at accenture-need help! But nothing has come out of it.
              In these harsh times, I am desperate for a job because I have a family of 4 to support but they put my candidature on hold and due to the hold i am unable to apply at accenture at any other position or location.
              I have CID and all the screenshots of recruiters not responding. Kindly do something about it. I would appreciate the help.

                    Hi Team,

                    I was working with Accenture from the year October 2012 to April 2015. I have an issue with my PF deduction and below amount has been suddenly deducted by PF office due some error made by Accenture finance/PF team.

                    Issue : OB Adjustment- ( OTHER_APPENDIX_E )- ERR TR IN AMNT REMVD BGBNG[protected]. Please see 4 of the attached passbook.
                    Total Amount deducted - RS 3, 74, 093.

                    I had raised this issue in the year March 2022, but till date no response from your team.

                    Please can you rectify this issue within 15 days, if not I will have to take legal action against the company.

                      I worked with accenture services/solutions private ltd at Pune as a Team Lead. My last working day with accenture was 12-june-2022. I have completed all my exist formalities and sent the documents for pf closure and then transfer as per the exit formalities checklist.

                      I have been chasing accenture PF team, from last 8 months now,
                      I am getting below error
                      Your Claim [ Claim Id - MHBAN[protected] ] has been rejected due to : 1) EPS CONT.NOT DIDUCT FROM 04/2021 TO DOL PLEASE CKARIFY. 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS

                      For both issues, provided aadhar card and form 11 ..multiple times now.
                      Only response I get is :

                      Kindly note that your basic wages was above 15k per month and we had not included as part of your PF contribution under EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) based on the inputs provided by you through a declaration (Form 11) at the time of joining Accenture…However you were a member of EPS in your prior employment, as per the EPFO norms your contribution needs to be included in EPS too.

                      As a resolution, some part of your PF contribution needs to be diverted to the EPS account. We have submitted the required information to the PF office for rectification, the rectification activity completed till June 2017, and the balance months period rectification activity to be completed i.e. till the period you were with Accenture.
                      The clarification letter was taken to the PF office for submission last month however RPFC officials are asked for some changes and additional information on the letter hence the internal team is working on the requirement and the revised letter will be submitted to the PF office shortly.

                      We will update you once it's done and you can file your PF application.
                      Kindly acknowledge for the same.

                      Its been more than 8 months and have raise more than 20 tickets, evrytime, they just close ticket by saying issue resolved, where nothing has been resolved, and also for name, i have checked with all org, i have worked, they have informed, the name is same only, still due to accenture negligence. Its pending from long time.

                      There is no POC, to address or solve this issue.

                      Can anyone provide and POC details or help here?

                          My candidate id is C11736054.

                          I received a call to get interviewed at Accenture on 10th Feb 2023. It was communicated by HR that After successful completion of digital interview (online test) One more technical interview would be conducted.

                          I successfully cleared the digital interview after which I received confirmation mail and call from the HR that my 1st round has been cleared and 2nd round of Technical interview has been scheduled.

                          I successfully cleared the technical round on 20th Feb 2021. After clearing all the interview rounds I received a confirmation mail and call from the HR stating that I need to upload the documents as the next step of the hiring process.
                          I even received one mail stating that they are accepting my candidature.
                          After uploading the documents suddenly I got a pop error message on the portal that my candidature is closed .
                          I didn’t receive any communication or mail regarding my candidature closure neither from HR nor from Accenture team.
                          I don’t understand what went wrong as I successfully cleared all the rounds and even CTC discussion was carried out with the HR.

                          This is very disheartening that big organizations like Accenture have loopholes in their recruitment process and the candidate has to face the repercussions of the mistakes done by their hiring team.

                          It is totally wastage of time and energy of the candidate who took the effort to clear all the rounds and still offer letter was rolled out neither any communication happened.

                          Please provide the resolution on the same.

                              My task got rejected due to different names appearing in PAN card and academic certificates. I proceeded to re-upload my documents but the task portal doesn't allow me to re-upload my documents. I didn't change my name by any affidavit, it was a genuine mistake. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                So it's to inform you that myself Sidharth Nayak have uploaded all the requisite documents so far required. Despite this due to my mistake an error concerned with my name has appeared differently in my PAN card and my academic certificates. I've initiated steps for its correction but the problem is i didn't change my name by affidavit, it was a genuine mistake. Since that option is nullified, i proceeded to re-upload the documents but the task portal doesn't allow me to re-upload my documents. It's a sincere request to resolve this issue, wherein I'll be forever grateful.
