Dear Sir/Madam,

I cleared Accenture Assessment & Interview and uploaded required documents on the portal before 60 days, But still my document verification is pending and my candidature is on hold.

Before 45-50 days, On Accenture portal when I saw that my candidature is on hold. I tried to communicate with Document verification team to get the reason of 'Candidature on hold', but didn't succeed.
Then I communicated with HR (Neha Ma'am) on 10 Dec 2022 and got the reason that 'Period with Employer' is missed in previous Form-16 So that my candidature is on hold. Also she suggested me to get revised form-16 from previous employer (Akal Information Systems).

Then Immediately, I communicated with my previous Employer(Akal Information Systems) to get the revised form-16 and On 19 Dec 2022, I got revised form-16 where 'Period with Employer' was mentioned. At the same time, I sent revised form-16 to HR (Neha Ma'am) and Document verification team (Sumalatha Ma'am). Also I tried to upload on Accenture portal, But 'Upload Document' link was not enable so that I can't upload.

Then almost 15-16 days I waited and On 05-Jan-2023 that Candidature is got unhold and showing like it's in process also I got call from Document verification team (Sumalatha Ma'am) to upload few more documents on portal and live validation with Dilip Kumar Anandan sir for form-16 and form-26 AS. Same day I attended that live validation and sent form-16 and form-26 AS to him. Based on that I resigned my current company.

Today morning, eagerly I logged In to the Accenture portal to know the status of application. But again I got my candidature is on hold.
So multiple times I called to Sumalatha ma'am but she didn't picked my call. Then I called to HR (Neha Ma'am) to know the reason of hold. Ma'am told that Signature date is 19-dec-2022 on form-16 So that again your candidature got on hold.

Then I communicated with my Previous Employer to resolve this issue and he is ready to provide any support at any time.

Today evening, I logged In to the Accenture portal to know the status of application. But I got below message.
(Dear Shyam,
We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening.​)

        Hi Aditi,

        Tried calling you as well as mail you regarding my issues.

        My Cid-C11239117. I gave interview in asp.net skill set and cleared all the rounds. Simran chaubey was the HR and she was helping me out while uploading documents I was facing glitch same thing I conveyed to Simran. She said she will check with team and after few days due to documents were not received. I received mail from Accenture that rejecting due to lack of documents. Since then I daily message Simran for updates. She ignored my messages and just tell me that she is checking and few days back she told me that she resigned and dont work with Accenture anymore.

        Due to all of this I still didn't get the clarity. It was technical glitch and because of that I am facing issue.

        I really appreciate if you can help me once. If possible please check and re open the document upload. Atleast me upload the documents and get fair chance because it's really heartbreaking that I wasn't even uploaded my documents and got rejection on basis of that.

        Please help me out.

              I am unable to edit the graduation criteria from BCA to BBA as per the Task rejection comment. I got my UG education detail task rejected with the comment "Kindly update UG qualification as per marks sheet (BBA)". But I am unable to edit or update graduation criteria, as it is uneditable. I tried all solutions suggested by the Accenture HR team, that is opening the website in incognito mode then clearing the cache, and refreshing it. Still, it is uneditable. Please help me with this issue or it is my request to the Accenture document verification team to please kindly change my UG graduation Criteria from B.C.A (Bachelor of Computer Application) to B.B.A ((Bachelor of Business Administration) as mentioned in my UG Mark sheets.

                            Hello All,

                            My name is Prashant Bhimrao Khandagale (CID :[protected] & I have accepted offer letter with joining date of 5th December 2022. Now I have served the notice period of previous organisation and my last working day was 31st October 2022. But I got an update from my POC\talent coach Sebasteena Rosario before my DOJ that my DOJ has been postponed due to BGV checks pending with no fresh DOJ from recruitment team .I have provided all the relevant documents and to my knowledge all documents are valid and true, no fake certificates or experience letters submitted still I have to face this issue. Now I am unemployed and facing financial issues as I have a sick mother and I have to bear expenses. Please do understand my situation and do onboard me as soon as possible as I see no valid reason for holding off my onboarding.

                                I am part of Accenture between 2015 April to 2019 Jan. I am having problem transferring PF to current Employer. Saying need to submit annexure k from Zensar which is old pf number did not assigned to my UAN.
