Hello all,
I am not getting any response since august my verification is pending and now I am being mentally harrased as I have cleared all rounds of interview in July only and till now, nothing has been confirmed or mailed officially whether I am selected or rejected. They are delaying since august. Is this how a reputed company works? My future is at stakes as I have left my precious company because of accenture and it's unprofessional co workers like mathe.[protected]@accenture.com who isn't picking up the calls not replying to my mails.
I wanna escalate this issue.

      Dear Team,

      CID: C11353070

      I have cleared all the rounds of interview(Technical, HR, Client) for AWS Devops in September month itself, after discussing the salary negotiation my candidature is on hold.
      In addition, after somedays I have received a call from HR and she has changed the CID status as "HR interview will be schedule".
      It's been 2 months now, there is no proper response from Accenture end, and my talent couch is didn't response even the single time.
      If this is going to case, then what is need for interview, this is highly disappointed and not expected from the Accenture which is my dream company.
      Is there any possibility please help on the same at least, it would be great help to me. As an associate, please understand my situation.

              I am getting error, Error Code :1009 Session ID : 3bdf12a34b7f

              I am sharing the screenshot with this . i want to apply for the role of associate software engineer . but when i registered it shows that REGISTRATION ALREADY done, but i don't get any registration confirmation mail and any further links for the drive . i am facing this isuse from last six months. i don't want to miss this opportunity .

              please please help me out in this matter

                Hii team,

                My name is ADAVI ARUNKUMAR, CID no is C11421376.
                I gave an interview on 27th September 2022 and I was selected.When I checked it was on hold. Then I did a follow up and I got the response that you cleared all the interview rounds.Then I uploaded the documents and after some days when I checked now it's showing delay in processing your candidature.

                Now it is showing like this:- Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature.Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities.

                After uploading the documents I was thinking that I will get an Offer Letter within a week.But it doesn't happen like that. And now the point of contact is also not showing. I don't have the contact details of my hiring manager/hr, therefore, writing to seek your help in resolving the query, if you are not from the concerned team, could you please share the contact details of the right team/person.

                      Hello!! My query is regarding Accenture hiring. I last applied on 7th June 2022 I completed all the assessment but didn't received any interview mail. But few days back I received a whatsapp message from Accenture that Thankyou for participating in the communication round. But I have not given any assessment recently. I raised a query regarding this but not received any solution. Pls help I do not know what is happening. I raised a ticket which says i have applied on Oct 2022 which is completed wrong .It's humble request to pls review my application and give me solution because due to this i am unable to apply for the position.
                      Pls remove my resume and details from Accenture portal as this glitch is created by your side.

                      Such a useless site this is. I don't understand what you guys paid for? You can't even provide a solution to the candidates who have been waiting for a long period. It's been 3 months you guys didn't even responded to my query. How long should I wait? Highly disappointed by your service.

                            I had accepted offer on 29th July 2022, and was told that this is subject to BGC clearance, hence my tentative DOJ was kept at 1st Nov 2022. It is more than 2.5 months I have not been given any confirmation or certainty of joining and hence unable to resign with my existing employer. The HR point of contact is not ready to commit or provide any response, and I have been kept in the limbo despite regular follow-ups, discussions and emails.

                            Ironically, the Onboarding team too operates in isolation and has not reverted on the above.

                              Hi,

                              My candiate ID is C11435471.

                              As per the process I gave the online test and received the official communication that I have made it to the technical interview round. I cleared the technical interview round 45 min long interview and received the email that I have made it to the HR round.
                              The next day I received a call that there is some issue with my online test and I have to retake the test. The email for the new test was sent to me but I was unable to see the test in the portal. When I asked the helpdesk they told me that no test was tagged to my name. The status in the portal was changed to hold as there is no requirement. I tried calling the HR but no one was picking my call. The next day when I opened the portal I came to know that my application was cancelled.
                              I have few questions for which I need answer:

                              1) If I was not able to clear the test or there is something fishy in my test, why did I receive an email saying I passed the test?
                              2) Why was I invited for the technical interview?
                              3) Why was I disqualified after clearing the technical round when no online retest was tagged for me?

                              I have given my maximum effort to clear the online test as well as the technical round.
                              HR team is not able to send a new online test link.

                              It would be extremely unfortunate and unfair if I am disqualified over the first round after clearing 2 rounds and now I can not reapply for the next 6 months.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I tried to do the registration for NPS account (PRAN), last step to do the payment i received the OTP very late. i clicked on back button and the payment failed. I am trying to go back to complete the payment by using my acknowledgement number, DOB and registration date but it gives an error "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #". Please help me as it has been 24hrs i am still not able to complete my registration
