Please note that with reference to PF claim rejection remarks we have to exclude your EPS and that has to be marge with the employer part of the PF amount.

The EPS correction draft is prepared and the same is sent to the legal team for validation and approval.

Once the legal approval is completed we will take them to authorization and then forms will be submitted to the PF office accordingly.

Normally the above process will take 15-20 working days and after that acknowledgment, proof will be shared with you accordingly.

    Dear Sir,

    My Accenture Employee Id was 11455092. I had issue with respect to EPS not getting credited and had informed the Accenture PF Team before leaving the organization. I have been informed that they would be submitting the clarification to EPFO on 17 Feb 2022.

    When I raised a transfer claim after leaving organization, it got rejected as clarification was not provided. Upon raising a ticket, I was informed to submit Form 11 again for quick processing on 25 Oct 2022 and I have provided the same and was informed that clarification would be submitted by Dec 22 but nothing happened on the same.

    When I try to use the same thread in Feb 23 to inquire the status, but got auto-reply that ticket has already been closed and I had to create a new request on 17 Feb 2023 to get an update on clarification. but now team has asked rejection screenshot from EPFO portal to start the process from scratch again. When I provided all previous communication happened with Accenture Team in the past, they have stopped responding. I am following up since last 11 days with multiple reminders along with EPFO rejection screenshot but in vain. It appears to me that they put some kind of rule to move my email to junk folder.

    I want a quicker solution as it's more than 1 year but Accenture Team is not at all in mood to co-operate.

    Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

      I am an ex employee of Accenture. Employee ID[protected]

      I have tried transferring PF multiple times since last 5 year . On the beginning of 2018 given timeline that it will be resolved by Aug 2022 (Multiple timeline) but no luck .I have filled transfer agin and rejected at the field office with same statement .

      "Your Claim [ Claim Id - MHBAN[protected] ] has been rejected due to : 1) WAGES ABOVE FIFTEEN THOUSAND PENSION CON DEDUCTED BY EMPLOYER WRONG ECR REMITTED PL CON TO EMPLOYER

      Could you please advise where it went wrong.

          I am an ex employee 11330756 Accenture and left job in Oct 2020.

          I am facing an issue with my PF withdrawal. My Form 10C and 19 got rejected due to the below mentioned reason.

          Rejection reason - Wages are more than 15000/- not eligible for Pension membership still deducted. Contact Employer.
          Claim Rejected WARNING-520464 THERE IS MISMATCH BETWEEN SUMMARY AND DETAIL TRANSACTIONS IN MEMBER LEDGER. KINDLY

          I am chasing PF team since oct 2021( more than a year) with no resolution.

              Hi Team,
              I am struggling to get my PF transferred quite long time now. My last working with Accenture was 20th Feb 2019. The PF transfer is getting rejected multiple time and still haven't got any update when will get PF transferred to new employer.

                  I went to the location mentioned in the mail and they conducted two interview round, one was face-to-face and other was on the voice call. After that they told me that you have been selected and they took total of 14, 200 rupees in the name of job security which they told that it would get added in the first month of salary. They asked that there are two location available, Gurugram and Noida so I said I want to be in Noida branch.
                  They told that there would be 2 month of training period first with salary of 42, 000 rupees salary per month. On 15th Feb I again got a call, the lady told me that the training fees would be 22, 000 rupees half of which is to be paid by the candidate so I paid the half which is 11, 000 rupees.
                  Please take action against the Fraud team. I am also giving the number of the fraud people.

                    I received an email for interview schedule at Netaji Shubash Place.I went to the location mentioned in the mail and they conducted two interview round, one was face-to-face and other was on the voice call.                             I have seen that some agencies are created my profile in Accenture and also uploaded my resume and job profile ID is CID: C6842812, when i am applying to Accenture it's showing that ur data already exist in Accenture data after that i am started checking my mail ID i found this this job is shortlisted and also called customer care they said if you are rejected they will remove your database after 6months but here wt happened is they shortlisted i can't apply for other job also if they remove i can't apply for Accenture life time, please remove that profile it's almost i am seeing that profile from 8months, i don't have any option so i am raising complaint here.

                              I, Ayushi Bansal (Candidate ID- C[protected] got an offer from Accenture to which I promptly responded within the specified timeline as instructed, but now I have been informed that my offer letter was withdrawn due to my failure to accept it.

                              I have been trying to get clarification on this issue for the past two months, but I have not received any proper response. I was informed in July that onboarding would be done soon, but since then, I have not received any updates or further communication. Despite sending multiple emails and raising tickets, I have not received any satisfactory response. Please help me resolve this or connect me to the concerned department.

                                My document upload task is getting rejected because of different roll no. on first year mark sheets than the rest as I have done my first year from graphic era deemed to be University and then got transferred to graphic era hill University in second year.What should I do in this case ?

                                  Hi my name is Mohammad Rehan and my CID number is: C11738998, I have given my interview on Thursday 16th Feb, 2023, and I have been informed I have cleared my rounds and I have enclosed with attachment proof. After submitting documents HR called me and told me you have form 16 for previous employer but that time I didn't have form 16 I told I can ask my previous employer to provide form 16 but they are not listening and put my candidature on hold.
                                  After some time in portal it showing "Dear Mohammad, We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening." but I asked my previous employer to provide form 16 and they are ready to provide form 16 but it will take a week so I tried contacting with Accenture HR for that I can provide the form 16 but HR is not responding even I tried sending mail but did not get the reply this is very bad so I request Accenture to review my case and finalize my candidature instead of keeping it on hold. Please resolve my issue.

                                    I am an Ex-Employee of Accenture, I have applied 2 time transfer request and it got rejected. it was rejected because non contribution in PF for 3 year because of GCP. I am chasing with PF team from Sept 2022 and still they are submitting wrong document to PF office and they are taking 45days to prepare document.
                                    2 time they added wrong joining date though i have informed them in the ticket still they have provided document with wrong joining date.
                                    Can you please look into this ASAP I wanted to transfer PF and need to withdraw it.
                                    Also i have submitted the a query with Ticket, related to Father's Name change in UAN portal and still no clue what is the status of it.
                                    they resolves all my request without any resolution here is my ticket PR2859839.

                                        Since 2021, I am chasing Accenture PF Team to transfer my PF to my new company.

                                        Every month sending mails to team but no one is giving proper and clear resolution. Every time new one is coming and giving different answer. Without reading the exact issue/query simply doing copy/paste and close the ticket.

                                        I need to close my previous UAN number so that I can open the new UAN passbook. But they are not giving me solution and simply asking to share passbook details. I don't know how many accenture pf team will take to resolve my issue.
