Hi Team,

Im an former employee who just left the organisation few days back, there is one policy which company has set is inappropriate or not a valid one.

They award bonus/variable pay to employees based on their previous performance in the current cycle in 2 different pay cycle.

However when your leaving the organisation they say the policy doesn't allow to pay bonus at the settlement since they are not active on the pay cycle. This is really seems to be inappropriate or vague policy.

They have already taken the service which is an event happened in the past but refusing to pay since employee is not active on the payout cycle.

Payout cycle is something that they made it pay the employees in the current year.

        I received the offer letter on 5th May, soon after I received the offer letter I did the given procedure authenticating the offer letter and I have even accepted the letter but now it's showing I have not accepted the letter and now it's expired.               I had earlier received a whatsapp message that I meet the eligibility criteria for the role of Associate Software Engineer(ASE) but I have not still yet received any email regarding the next steps for the recruitment process and instead I got an email that we do not have roles that match your skills and expertise and we will keep your candidature on hold.I want to know why I have got an email stating this or is this an issue from your side whereas i fulfill all the criteria for this job role and also received a whatsapp message regarding that I match all the criteria and I will be further notified about the next steps.
              Please look into the matter as soon as possible as I am eagerly waiting for my next steps to look forward to Accenture.I have also attached the screenshots regarding my query.

                          Offer Letter accepted but not showing

                          I got selected in Accenture through on campus placement drive
                          I got the offer letter on 28th April 2022.
                          I accepted the offer but now when i opened the portal it is showing that "Since you didn't respond to the offer extended to you, Your offer is withdrawn"
                          I want to accept the offer as I really want this job....

                          Hi my name is Sana and my CID number is: C11075648,
                          I have given my interview on 31st May, 2022.
                          On the same day I have been informed that I have cleared my technical round and HR round was done. I have invested my time and given my interview and also projects people are contacting me.He told me that soon they will released offer letter.
                          Now, In the portal its showing :

                          We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening."
                          I have sent an email to HR and also contacted via phone but did not get the reply and I wasted my precious time to accenture but response is very bad this is request to review my case and finalize my candidature instead of keeping it on hold. Please resolve my issue.

                            Transferred PF Amount is not reflecting on current employer EPFO passbook

                            I have cleared the interview (Received the mail) when I upload the documents without any intimation my ID portal has closed and saying "We regret to inform you that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria. We have closed your application and will not be going forward with your candidature."
