Why did accenture didn't taken any student in offcampus recuirtment. After seletion of all rounds they kept us (2 months waiting).
Company mail mentioned that your profile is highly impresive, but we don't have befiting roles for you like they mentioned in email.

Hi Team,

Im an former employee who just left the organisation few days back, there is one policy which company has set is inappropriate or not a valid one.

They award bonus/variable pay to employees based on their previous performance in the current cycle in 2 different pay cycle.

However when your leaving the organisation they say the policy doesn't allow to pay bonus at the settlement since they are not active on the pay cycle. This is really seems to be inappropriate or vague policy.

They have already taken the service which is an event happened in the past but refusing to pay since employee is not active on the payout cycle.

Payout cycle is something that they made it pay the employees in the current year.

I had earlier received a whatsapp message that I meet the eligibility criteria for the role of Associate Software Engineer(ASE) but I have not still yet received any email regarding the next steps for the recruitment process and instead I got an email that we do not have roles that match your skills and expertise and we will keep your candidature on hold.I want to know why I have got an email stating this or is this an issue from your side whereas i fulfill all the criteria for this job role and also received a whatsapp message regarding that I match all the criteria and I will be further notified about the next steps.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible as I am eagerly waiting for my next steps to look forward to Accenture.I have also attached the screenshots regarding my query.

Hi my name is Sana and my CID number is: C11075648,
I have given my interview on 31st May, 2022.
On the same day I have been informed that I have cleared my technical round and HR round was done. I have invested my time and given my interview and also projects people are contacting me.He told me that soon they will released offer letter.
Now, In the portal its showing :

We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening."
I have sent an email to HR and also contacted via phone but did not get the reply and I wasted my precious time to accenture but response is very bad this is request to review my case and finalize my candidature instead of keeping it on hold. Please resolve my issue.

I have cleared the interview (Received the mail) when I upload the documents without any intimation my ID portal has closed and saying "We regret to inform you that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria. We have closed your application and will not be going forward with your candidature."
please resolve the issue.

I had raised a ticket at "MyZone" as soon as I saw the offer letter asking to resend me the offer letter because it was never my intention to reject the offer. My interview was taken on 24 may after which i received email that I have cleared all the rounds and asked me to upload the documents and LOA form later I got email to input my preferred joining location. I was expecting offer discussion and offer letter now but they have kept my candidature on hold saying

We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities.
Now HR is also not picking my call, no response on mail, point of contact has also been removed.. kindly check into it asap please
