I am unable to log in accenture portal. When I try to reset password, the verification mail is telling that account i not connected. How did you overcome this issue? Please tell me, I am so much worried.
Your assistance would help me.

    I gave my interview on 19th Feb 2022.After that I got confirmation mail that you are selected then I uploaded documents and everything and also completed my HR round but still my status shows as "owing to business reason we forsee some delay"

    My last working day is 4th March so I am concern because I don't have time in my hand.
    Could you please look into it.

      I would request you to please delete my resume from the Accenture database as the resume that was uploaded earlier was wrong. So, please do the needful at the earliest, so that I can re-upload the right resume and not miss out the job opportunities at Accenture.

            I am unable to login in my Accenture account to upload my documents, when I try to login in my account it shows an error " your mail id cannot be found in our system".

            I have received all mails regarding other processes with Accenture on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, but not able to login in my account, When I try to reset the password it shows your mail id cannot be found in our system.

              I have applied for the two position in the company. one position isn't cleared but another position I have done cleared all the rounds and waiting for offer letter. the candidate Id of the C10339018 should be deleted so I can get the 2 candidate Id please check this problem.

                  Hi,

                  I faced the worst recruitment experience at Accenture because of my recruiter Manjula Hanumanthappa.

                  My candidate ID : C9870380 ( Lakshmi Narasimha Rao Thulipalla)

                  I was offered the first offer letter on 24th Nov 2021 and I was very happy that I got an opportunity from one of the best companies.

                  On 23rd Jan 2022 I was offered the second offer letter with a 120% hike ( which I didn't ask for, as I was happy with the first one).

                  And I was told that my background check was put on hold. After this my recruiter stopped giving positive responses for emails / calls.

                  I was nearing my notice period with my current organisation and I am single source income for my family, in spite of communicating this to Manjula Hanumanthappa didn't respond.

                  23rd Feb 2022 is my last working day in Infosys and even today Manjula Hanumanthappa didn't give me a positive response. So tomorrow with a heavy heart I am going to withdraw my resignation from Infosys.

                  All my happiness and aspiration to work hard for a good organization has come to an end.

                  I will never recommend any of my friends to join Accenture.

                  I would request you to please look into the issue and I wish this should not happen with anyone else.

                    I had cleared the assessment, interview round and also had an he discussion. The status has not yet been updated in my account and when asked I was notified that the skill assessment has to be taken again due to some disturbance in the video although I recieved mails that I had cleared all the rounds. I have been doing continuous follows up with Hrs to atleast share the test link again so I can retake since in the portal it is showing that "The candidate has already taken the skill assessment" but not getting any update.

                          Account issue

                          I have applied for ASE role with my minor pan card, as in FAQ they mention that pan card with photo mismatch is not an issue so i applied for it after few days they sent "we will not be able to proceed with your application since your profile does not meet our eligibility criteria. "
                          my educational qualification meets eligibility criteria because of the pan i have not shortlisted.
                          so i, reapplied for my pan with recent photo...

CID also generated after i uploaded my resume. but i didn't received any further update and interview calls from the company. now i want to apply new job openings for Bangalore location.                             I have applied on the Accenture careers portal for 2 months. the profile says "you have been shortlisted" but I haven't received any updates to the date. I have raised queries, sent messages. But, everything is been unnoticed.
                            How does a candidate get an update on his/her candidacy?
                            I request Accenture to please share an update of my candidacy. Or provide any medium through which job seekers can contact the recruiter.

                                I am selected in Accenture for ASE profile through campus hiring.
                                I have already submitted all my documents and personal details on the Accenture portal.
                                Recently I recieved an email from Accenture to make sure that all my documents are uploaded there.

                                When I try to view my uploaded documents I am getting a blank screen on the My Tasks section of the portal

                                I have registered a complaint on Helpdesk but didn't get any response yet.

                                Kindly help.

                                  Please Delete my account and CID from Accenture portal. In portal my candidature is showing closed but I was never interviewed or contacted by Accenture team. I would like to apply for new position but I am unable to apply as well. Please remove my personal details from database and allow me to apply for new role as I was never interviewed/contacted by Accenture team.

                                    I am not able to apply for any openings, I am requesting you that please resolve my problem with the portal or please delete my previous application details or Update the status, so I can apply for a fresh application.
