I am unable to login in my Accenture account to upload my documents, when I try to login in my account it shows an error " your mail id cannot be found in our system".

I have received all mails regarding other processes with Accenture on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, but not able to login in my account, When I try to reset the password it shows your mail id cannot be found in our system.

I have applied for the two position in the company. one position isn't cleared but another position I have done cleared all the rounds and waiting for offer letter. the candidate Id of the C10339018 should be deleted so I can get the 2 candidate Id please check this problem.

I faced the worst recruitment experience at Accenture because of my recruiter Manjula Hanumanthappa.

My candidate ID : C9870380 ( Lakshmi Narasimha Rao Thulipalla)

I was offered the first offer letter on 24th Nov 2021 and I was very happy that I got an opportunity from one of the best companies.

On 23rd Jan 2022 I was offered the second offer letter with a 120% hike ( which I didn't ask for, as I was happy with the first one).

And I was told that my background check was put on hold. After this my recruiter stopped giving positive responses for emails / calls.

I was nearing my notice period with my current organisation and I am single source income for my family, in spite of communicating this to Manjula Hanumanthappa didn't respond.

23rd Feb 2022 is my last working day in Infosys and even today Manjula Hanumanthappa didn't give me a positive response. So tomorrow with a heavy heart I am going to withdraw my resignation from Infosys.

All my happiness and aspiration to work hard for a good organization has come to an end.

I will never recommend any of my friends to join Accenture.

I would request you to please look into the issue and I wish this should not happen with anyone else.

I had cleared the assessment, interview round and also had an he discussion. The status has not yet been updated in my account and when asked I was notified that the skill assessment has to be taken again due to some disturbance in the video although I recieved mails that I had cleared all the rounds. I have been doing continuous follows up with Hrs to atleast share the test link again so I can retake since in the portal it is showing that "The candidate has already taken the skill assessment" but not getting any update.

I have applied for ASE role with my minor pan card, as in FAQ they mention that pan card with photo mismatch is not an issue so i applied for it after few days they sent "we will not be able to proceed with your application since your profile does not meet our eligibility criteria. "
my educational qualification meets eligibility criteria because of the pan i have not shortlisted.
so i, reapplied for my pan with recent photo...

I have applied through stalwart agency in Accenture for Mumbai location. CID also generated after i uploaded my resume. but i didn't received any further update and interview calls from the company. now i want to apply new job openings for Bangalore location. But it is showing your CID is generated we can't process your candidature. please remove my CID and resume from the portal.

I have applied on the Accenture careers portal for 2 months. the profile says "you have been shortlisted" but I haven't received any updates to the date. I have raised queries, sent messages. But, everything is been unnoticed.
How does a candidate get an update on his/her candidacy?

Recently I recieved an email from Accenture to make sure that all my documents are uploaded there.

When I try to view my uploaded documents I am getting a blank screen on the My Tasks section of the portal

I have registered a complaint on Helpdesk but didn't get any response yet.

I have cleared all rounds and had last round managerial one on 28th Jan 2021. Post that I had provided all the documents and got many email also on recruitment status also received an email to select the location.

Post that, i was expecting the offer letter to be generated. But since 14 feb 2022 i just can't see anything on portal. Also nobody is able to help as they also can't see anything about this CID. Not getting any proper responses from the HRs with which i have been in touch.
Hot the hint from Accenture helpdesk that CID might have archived after 6 months, however looks like nobody has any clue how to unarchive that or how to proceed.

Could you please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I have cleared all rounds in Accenture, India. And documents verification also done. These is updated in the portal after one month HR Niharika, Bangalore called me and ask for possible joining date with out even discussing about my compensation, I said I have notice period to serve in the current organisation, then she said will give me a call in the evening, that evening still not come. It’s been 50 days now. Then suddenly my application got changed to reevaluating for other opportunities. This is really bad don’t I deserve an explanation for what happened, I have been spent so much time and energy to clear all rounds but these people are taking advantage of our time & energy.
