    I am unable to login in my Accenture account to upload my documents, when I try to login in my account it shows an error " your mail id cannot be found in our system".

    I have received all mails regarding other processes with Accenture on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, but not able to login in my account, When I try to reset the password it shows your mail id cannot be found in our system.

      Did not get interview call even after slot selection mail

        Hi,

        I see that my offer letter has been initiated on candidate portal, however to access the offer letter it needs to be authenticated first for which a unique id is needed.
        I haven't received my unique id due to which I am not able to access the offer letter.
        I tried reaching out to the HR through mails and calls but didn't get any response. Kindly help me in getting this resolved ASAP.

          I have selected for accenture in March 2021 .I have completed all the modules and cleared TFA exam .in this process I have uploaded my educational details which are necessary they are still pending in varification from your end.please check out in candidature.

            My task is getting rejected twice because they are asking to change my highest qualification details which is not possible.
            Because the education detail column is system generated whatever the problem is in the degree name they need to change that i am unable to click on that option.
            And they are not replying on my querry also.

              Onboarding issue and Hr not replying

                    I am an ex-employee and raised a request (eb.[protected]@accenturesupport.accenture.com) for DOL change in my PF account for withdrawal due to medical emergency on 27 Dec, 2021. I did receive a reply from the team on the same day requesting for more details which were shared immediately. Since then, I have been asking for updates on a daily basis excluding the holidays and Weekends but sadly there has been no response.

                          Hi,
                          I am an explomyee of Accenture I joined in Jan 2016 and left in Dec 2019. I am trying to reapply in Accenture portal. It says your resume is already in the Database. And I am unable to apply for any of the position available and one of my frd helped me to apply in Bangalore location also that CID - C1637919. I haven't received any calls or email for interview. The portal says candidature is rejected.
                          I was working for Mumbai location. Now even I got a call from HR from Accenture. Even they can't fix this issue. Once they upload my profile in portal it automatically gets rejected so I can't give interview. Plz help me remove my profile from database and remove this CID number from portal so I can apply for various openings and get through it.

                                  I joined Accenture by 3rd Party payroll and within 13 Days they dropped me, regarding documents, but earlier they told me Accenture people has accepted the documents whatever i have submitted to them. even i didn't get the salary for those days, so i just want to know what kind of vendors has Accenture connected with? only for getting some joining amount the vendors ruining candidates career? and as per my knowledge Company will not hold the salary so will i get my remaining days of salary ?its been more than 2 months?

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I had applied for the position Associate software engineer in the month of jun-jul 2021 and I was having an experience of 9-10 months while I applied, which is within 0-1 year as per the eligibility criteria.

                                    Also the experience I have is for a different domain. I took part in this drive as a fresher since the 2019 batch passout was eligible. I have also completed my onboarding trainings and attended all the SME connects.

                                    After completing the traning I was suddenly unable to login to the website : https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php
                                    I dropped an email to them, asking for the reason, and they have sent a response stating that I have more experience so, will not be able to proceed with my candidature.

                                    I have clearly mentioned that I am willing to join as a fresher. Still I keep getting the same response from the team stating I have more than 11 months of experience. After putting all my efforts into this I do not understand how, after two months they verify documents and state they can not proceed further.
