    I am an ex employee. My employee no.was 10421838. My exit date was 24 jan 2020. I am not able to withdraw the epf amount because Accenture team has to submit a clarification letter to epf team for my gcp period . I was at gcp between Oct 2016 to jun 2017. This letter is pending since last 18 months . No one is bothered for this letter submission yet it is mandatory that Accenture. Submit this clarification.

          My name is Sri Shaleni.M, CID no isC10101441.I gave interview on 179th October 2021 and I got selected and got confirmation mail from their side. Then I uploaded the documents and after some days when I checked now it's showing delay in processing your candidature.

          Now it is showing like this:- Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.

          We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities.

          After uploading the documents I was thinking that I will get Offer Letter in this week. But it doesn't happened like that. And now point of contact is also not showing. So whom should I contact for the further step.
          Please help me with this and revert me.

              Hi,

              Negative entries in PF passbook for more than a year. It was resolved in September 2021 but I can see them again. Please fix it.

              In September 2021, a request for claim transfer is initiated. Pending approval. Accenture giving a reason- facing PF portal technical issues.
              Please find a workaround and approve the request.

              Accenture pf team - eb.[protected]@accenture.com is useless. They create a request and close it with the status resolved without fixing it. It's been a year, I am facing issues getting it transferred to my current PF account.

                  Did not receive Assessment link from Accenture innovation challenge

                  I am shivam verma. I am shortlisted in Accenture innovation challenge and then i received the registration link for recruitment drive but in the registration form AI didn't recognise my pan card after that i received another re register link from Accenture. And also received call from the Accenture team and they said please upload adhar card photo. Then in re register link i registered with adhar card then also i didn't get the assessment...

                        I have worked with Accenture Services/ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore as a Senior Software Engineer. My last working day with Accenture was 29th Dec 2017. I have completed all my exit formalities.

                        I'm planning to withdraw my PF amount, but I'm unable to withdraw because the below information is missing.
                        1. DATE OF LEAVING EPS
                        2. DATE OF JOINING EPS

                        Additionally, I had applied to the EPF portal to withdraw my PF, but it got rejected due to missing contributions. Screenshot attached.

                        Claim Rejected CONTRIBUTION INBETWEEN 1/17-11/17 IS MISSING PLEASE CLARIFY

                        I have reached out to the PF department, and they confirmed that this information could only be filled by the Employer(Accenture).

                        I have sent an email to the 'eb.[protected]@accenture.com' email address and have followed up a couple of times, but there is no response. It's been more than eight months now, and I'm unsure whom to reach out for the correction.

                        Could you please help with this matter?

But in Accenture website it is not reflecting inspite of that it is also showing "Please Note: We noticed that your contact details mentioned in your job application and Multi Factor Authentication are not matching.                               I got a reference from one of my friend. But Accenture is not deleting my cid. My cid is
                              C10202676. I haven’t taken up the interview anytime with this CID, but there are lot of opportunities where im interested in but not able to apply for it and its really a blockage. Kindly please help me remove it. Below is the CID.
