Hi Team,
I was working in Accenture from Aug 2015 to July 2019.
My PF account number is-MH/BAN/45665/269301.
At the time when i resigned Accenture my PF account balance was around 1, 40, 000.But now the balance is showing as ₹ 51, 525
I have raised grievance: BANIV/E/2021/07085 for the same in EPFO portal and got an update as below
"With reference to your grievance it is to inform you that M/s. Accenture has submitted erroneous monthly returns during the year 2015-16,[protected] and due to which wrong contribution was credited to your account. Now the revision of correct contribution in such type of cases is in process. The wrongly credited contribution deleted from your account. Shortly the correct contribution with accrued interest will be updated in your account. If any query kindly contact to the establishment"

Could anyone please help me on this.

    It has been 8 months and still no response on the job application and i cannot apply for an other opening jobs in the portal. There has been no replies for query i raised. I didn't expect this kind of service from accenture.

        Offer Letter expired even after accepting.

        Dear Support Team,

        This is Tejaswini Padala with Candidate ID: C9650397, has been selected for ASE role at Accenture. I have received an offer letter on 17th of June, 2021 and accepted the offer on 20th of June, 2021 by following the steps mentioned in the mail but didn't receive any confirmation mail on that.

        Then I have received Pre-Onboard learning mail on 22nd of June, 2021 and cleared the Pre-Onboard learning...

        I didn't get any mail regarding selection process whether selected or not.i completed my interview on April 24.

              I was told clearly on phone "we would not be moving forward with your profile", it has been almost 3 months now still the status of the application shows "You have been scheduled for interview". I am not able to apply to other positions due to this. I have also posted a query about this on the portal but have not received any response yet

                      My Profile status is Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature.

                      My name is Onkar Vaidya, CID no is C9487169.I gave interview on 17th July 2021 and I selected but no confirmation mail from their side. When I checked it was on hold. Then I did follow up and I got the response that you cleared the all interview rounds. Then I uploaded the documents and after some days when I checked now it's showing delay in processing your candidature.

                      Now it is showing like this:- Owing to business reasons...

                            I am not able to apply any of these accenture job as the error is showing as "we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources, in the past. Please click here and login to india jobs portal to continue"

                            Please please do the needful by resolving this so that i don't miss this opportunity to be a part of accenture.

                                My name is Sourabh Pandey and my candidate id is 1569969.I got mail for task creation on 22th september 2021.Currently i am in document verification process.I got task rejection for uploading clear and scanned copies of marksheets again and again but I already uploaded all the marksheets clear and scanned.I cannot understand why such rejection occurs.i also raised query on the portal but no one is replying.their is no way to connect the recruitment team
