    Hi,

    Negative entries in PF passbook for more than a year. It was resolved in September 2021 but I can see them again. Please fix it.

    In September 2021, a request for claim transfer is initiated. Pending approval. Accenture giving a reason- facing PF portal technical issues.
    Please find a workaround and approve the request.

    Accenture pf team - eb.[protected]@accenture.com is useless. They create a request and close it with the status resolved without fixing it. It's been a year, I am facing issues getting it transferred to my current PF account.

        Did not receive Assessment link from Accenture innovation challenge

        I am shivam verma. I am shortlisted in Accenture innovation challenge and then i received the registration link for recruitment drive but in the registration form AI didn't recognise my pan card after that i received another re register link from Accenture. And also received call from the Accenture team and they said please upload adhar card photo. Then in re register link i registered with adhar card then also i didn't get the assessment...

        There was two similar account created with my name but with the different email id's it's creating a conflict one of my well wisher referred me to a job because of this conflict it's not taking the referral could you please help in deleting both of my account Thank you!             My name is Navjot kaur, CID no is C10154803.I gave interview on 14th October 2021 and I selected but no confirmation mail from their side. When I checked it was on hold. Then I did follow up and I got the response that you cleared the all interview rounds. Then I uploaded the documents and after some days when I checked now it's showing delay in processing your candidature.

            Now it is showing like this:- Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.

            We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities.

            After uploading the documents I was thinking that I will get Offer Letter in this week. But it doesn't happened like that. And now point of contact is also not showing. So whom should I contact for the further step.

            I have no job. I really need a job. Please help me with this and revert me.

              Dear Team,

              I have worked with Accenture Services/ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore as a Senior Software Engineer. My last working day with Accenture was 29th Dec 2017. I have completed all my exit formalities.

              I'm planning to withdraw my PF amount, but I'm unable to withdraw because the below information is missing.
              1. DATE OF LEAVING EPS
              2. DATE OF JOINING EPS

              Additionally, I had applied to the EPF portal to withdraw my PF, but it got rejected due to missing contributions. Screenshot attached.

              Claim Rejected CONTRIBUTION INBETWEEN 1/17-11/17 IS MISSING PLEASE CLARIFY

              I have reached out to the PF department, and they confirmed that this information could only be filled by the Employer(Accenture).

              I have sent an email to the 'eb.[protected]@accenture.com' email address and have followed up a couple of times, but there is no response. It's been more than eight months now, and I'm unsure whom to reach out for the correction.

              Could you please help with this matter?

                My name is Farha, CID no is C9605043.I gave interview on 6th August 2021 and I selected and got confirmation mail from their side. Then I uploaded the documents and got the mail that document verification has been completed after some days when I checked now it's showing delay in processing your candidature.

                I have called several times to Hr and the helpdesk but Hr is not responding and Helpdesk is saying offer letter pending. No resolution is still given.

But in Accenture website it is not reflecting inspite of that it is also showing "Please Note: We noticed that your contact details mentioned in your job application and Multi Factor Authentication are not matching.                     I got a reference from one of my friend. But Accenture is not deleting my cid. My cid is
                    C10202676. I haven’t taken up the interview anytime with this CID, but there are lot of opportunities where im interested in but not able to apply for it and its really a blockage. Kindly please help me remove it. Below is the CID.

                              Accenture is recruiting me in October 2021 started with shortlisting my profile and scheduling my technical interview. After clearing 2 technical interviews I went for Managerial round which was best from my side.After MR round, same day I got a call from HR asking about CTC, Shifts, location and expected CTC. I told that shifts and location are not of any concern and expectations are just as of market standard without mentioning any percent or amount hike.Later that call, on Accenture portal they put my profile on hold mentioning that currently we do not have an open position that matches your expected compensation. While the reality is I never demanded any compensation.

                                Hi Team,
                                I was working in Accenture from Aug 2015 to July 2019.
                                My PF account number is-MH/BAN/45665/269301.
                                At the time when i resigned Accenture my PF account balance was around 1, 40, 000.But now the balance is showing as ₹ 51, 525
                                I have raised grievance: BANIV/E/2021/07085 for the same in EPFO portal and got an update as below
                                "With reference to your grievance it is to inform you that M/s. Accenture has submitted erroneous monthly returns during the year 2015-16,[protected] and due to which wrong contribution was credited to your account. Now the revision of correct contribution in such type of cases is in process. The wrongly credited contribution deleted from your account. Shortly the correct contribution with accrued interest will be updated in your account. If any query kindly contact to the establishment"

                                Could anyone please help me on this.

                                  It has been 8 months and still no response on the job application and i cannot apply for an other opening jobs in the portal. There has been no replies for query i raised. I didn't expect this kind of service from accenture.

                                      Offer Letter expired even after accepting.

                                      Dear Support Team,

                                      This is Tejaswini Padala with Candidate ID: C9650397, has been selected for ASE role at Accenture. I have received an offer letter on 17th of June, 2021 and accepted the offer on 20th of June, 2021 by following the steps mentioned in the mail but didn't receive any confirmation mail on that.

                                      Then I have received Pre-Onboard learning mail on 22nd of June, 2021 and cleared the Pre-Onboard learning...
