Similar thing happened with me also.

Please check 2 attachments..I need strict action..

To me this seems to be a highly unprofessional behaviour. Specially we don't expect this from a firm like Accenture. After wasting candidate's time, they make them run behind them.

After seeing several scenarios in this, Its mentally upset me ..I need justification

After clearing Digital interview..I got below email:

Haven’t filled the Employment Application Form (EAF) yet? Do it now. It will take 45–60 mins for you to fill up this form. Remember, you won’t be able to modify any information once you submit the EAF. Also, you’ll need to substantiate the information with supporting documentation. So, keep the following documents handy:

Identity Proof

a. PAN Card
b. Photo identity proof (Mandatory): Please share any one of the following: Passport copy, Driving License or Voters ID card
Educational Documents

a. Degree certificate or provisional certificate for the highest qualification
b. All semester marks card for the highest qualification
c. 12th marks sheet
d. 10th marks sheet
Employment documents

a. Offer letter from current/last employer
b. Compensation proof from the last company (Last three months’ pay slip/latest increment letter/promotion letter)
c. Relieving letter from the last two organizations, as applicable (relieving letter not be required, if currently employed)

Instead of action now they have Blacklisted my profile ..there is no response or no action I recieved instead of getting postive action I got negative action from closed canditure to blacklisted ...is this forum for support or oppose I have no clue ..not at alll acceptable ..I am going to filling legal action now

    Hi i received a call on 18th Sep 2021, stating my HR interview will going to happen in next week . I received my stating moved to HR interview and waiting for call, but suddenly on 22nd Sep 2021. They put Candidature is on Hold again. And given as below . Actually i am ready for negotiation, without receiving call they put candidature is on hold. Please advise Team to call for further discussion and i am ready negotiation.

    "We regret to inform you that currently we do not have an open position that matches your expected compensation.

    We have kept your profile on hold for the time being and hope to reconsider your profile for a suitable opening."

    Still I did not hear back from Accenture. And the recruited who called me on Sep 18th 2021, she is not responding for Call/SMS.

      My all rounds went pretty well. Executed both codes. Good interview as well, the interviewer is said that I'm impressed by your performance and you will definitely going place in our organization. but still i got rejection mail.

            Can you please cancel my CID:C4987507. I am no more interested in that job. While trying to apply for another job role which is a perfect match for my profile it is not letting me to apply. It is displaying a landing page that states resume in DB.
            I feel like the existing CID is obstructing my new applications so please do cancel or delete my account and data as soon as you can.
            I tried to apply for other roles multiple times but it is not allowing me to do and even I wrote you(queries) for resolution but I didn’t get any response from the concerned team. Please do help me in deletion of my account.

                    The team head of Accenture Chennai are mentally harrassing the female employees and that leads to suicide tendency...The team head of some section trying to call the female employees at the midnight and talking unnecessary bad words, talks..etc..this leads to make the employees depression and leads to suicide attempt..                           Hi Accenture Team,
                          Hope all are doing good, I am raising this query regarding my status of candidature in Accenture, I have cleared all the rounds of interview including HR, received email to submit my documents, I have updated some details but faced some issues while uploading the documents. I sent email to POC but didn't get any reply through phone call/email even I sent watsup and normal message .after one day when I open Accenture portal it is updated as "My Candidature is on Hold".
                          No one(POC, HR) is responding through mails, phone calls and messages
                          May I know the status of my candidature

                              Hi,

                              I have already applied multiple jobs for ASP.NET application developer post in the portal, but I am not receiving any calls regarding my Interview process. Every time I try to apply for new jobs it is saying - "Your profile is already present in the Database". Even I tried to create a new profile but same exception I am getting. My CID - C9790313. Don't know what's wrong with my profile. Neither I am receiving any call/mails for Interview nor it is allowing me to apply for new jobs. Please help me with this at the earliest.
