    While taking the test due to technical issues(internet issue ) test got suddenly stopped I tried logging for 1 hr, after I logged in, it's showing me that my test has been completed and I got regret mail. Before my test completion how can I get regret mail. Please allow me to complete my test.

      I am Vandana Pal. My candidate id is : 1046450 . I had interview for fresher role on 13 aug at 11.15 a.m. but due to some issue I had to refresh that page and after that I waited for 4 hrs in the lobby for virtual interview.
      I communicated with some of my friends and even tried to connect with support team and I got to know that my interview will be rescheduled, so I waited for reschedule mail.
      But on 16 aug, instead of reschedule mail I got a rejection mail. I am feeling very low now. Without taking interview how can they evaluate me that I am not capable. Please help me.

        I am Malavika, my CID is C9805914. I have received an offer letter from Accenture but the location mentioned in the offer letter is Bangalore and I was interviewed for Mumbai location. I had received the offer on 13th August 2021 at around 7.41pm. As soon as I saw the location as Bangalore I called up the HR and he said the location will be updated and it will take 4 days and I should not accept the offer till then.         I have tried all possible ways to contact the recruiting team and this is my last hope. I had applied for the position of Trading Risk Management and this job is not that much relevant for me. There are some great positions opened which fits my profile and requirements. I am trying to withdraw my application but that option is not available. Neither I can apply for my desired job nor can one of your colleagues be able to refer me as PAN Card details will be the same.

        Please help me withdraw my current application or delete all my data so that I can create a new profile.

        Ticket No Raised to Career Portal : INC709173 (one month before) and attached the Inquiry mail raised for the same. I am really missing on good opportunity due this bug in the system

              My Name is Tikkadi Siva Kumar. I'm a former employee of Accenture. My employee Id 11576053, I want to rejoin in Accenture, So I have applied for rehire. After waiting for so long I got mail from Accenture recruiting team to attend smart interview. My CID C5242057 and my job application is Bengaluru Associate, I have given the test on[protected].On 30th July 2021 i got a call from recruitment team. They asked me what type job role you are looking for. I said I'm looking for same role or similar kind of roles. They told me they will get back to me. Then they hanged my call and immediately i received a mail that my candidature put on hold. I'm still waiting for the response. They are so many job openings for my role of Process Associate. But I'm unable to apply because my candidature was put on hold. I don't know what's wrong with the recruiting team, why they are not responding properly.                 Hello,
                I'm writing to you regarding my current experience with the recruitment process at Accenture. I had applied for a Data Science role and received an email for an interview on 4th june.
                However, whenever the interview day comes, I either don't receive the interview link or I get a mail that it's cancelled. This has been happening since June The closest I came to an interview was on 17th July where a link was shared and I joined the call but after 15 minutes was told that the interviewer was not available and it would be rescheduled.
                Currently, I have no interview scheduled, I used the scheduling portal but its been waitlisted. Isn't it easier to say that my candidature will not be taken forward instead of dragging it for 2 months? I sent mails to people cc'ed in the communications but I never got a direct response.
                I even mailed the POC assigned to me on the employment portal. Could you please help me out here?

                      I gave Technical interview on 11 August to Lenin John, and I cleared it. Then I gave HR round to Narendar Kumar, again I cleared it. Next day I did my documentation as assisted by Asma Siddiqua and Narasimha.
                      After next a second of submission the CID status went on hold (17 Aug2021)
                      I tried contacting my HR recruiter - Dimpy Sharma.
                      Nobody is reachable, I tried calls mails. No response received.
                      None of them letting me know the reason, or assisting me

                        Hi,

                        I have my interview scheduled on 11.30AM. I entered into lobby at 10.30 and waited till 1.30PM. After that the window closed automatically. When i tried to connect again, i am not able to join since join button is disabled. Please let me know whom can i contact so that this problem will be resolved. Hope i get the reply.

                                In Accenture portal my status is displayed as Offer Initiated, but I haven't received any official email regarding this or unique ID to view the offer letter available in the portal.
                                My POC only informed that this is a technical issue of portal and nothing regarding when will I get the details to view the offer letter.

                                  My candidate id is C9651618

                                  I successfully cleared the digital interview after which I received confirmation mail and call from the HR that my 1st round has been cleared and 2nd round of interview has been scheduled.

                                  I successfully cleared the technical round and HR round on Aug10 2021. After clearing all the interview rounds I received a call from HR stating that I need to upload the documents as the next step of the hiring process.
                                  In Portal, i was not able to see the upload option. So i called HR about the issue.HR told me that he will look into it. exactly on Aug 17th 2021, when i checked my portal, the status of the candidature was closed.

                                  I didn’t receive any communication or mail regarding my candidature closure neither from HR nor from Accenture team.

                                  I don’t understand what went wrong as I successfully cleared all the rounds and even CTC discussion was carried out with the HR.

                                  Please provide the resolution on the same.
