Hi Sir/Madam,

My candidate ID is C9841063. I was communicated by the HR for uploading the documents and filling up the EAF. I was asked to do so before attending the next level of interviews. I have logged in to the Accenture portal and filled in the online EAF and submitted the same. However I am not able to see the link for uploading the documents.

I am also not understanding as to why I am seeing the notification 'Your candidate is closed'. I have only filled the EAF form untill now and have not received any notification regarding further rounds of interview.

Need help regarding the issues

      My LWD was on June 30, 2019 with Accenture, my employee ID is 11286971, since the day i left am trying to transfer my claim to my currnet employer, and the issue is Accenture didnt give me any pension during my employment, hence PF office is rejecting my PF transfer claim. I have been reaching the Accenture EB.socialsecurity email address from last 2 years. Everytime when i send an email i receive a reply to wait for 4 month and since last 2 years this is the same recurring answer am receiveing. Is there any one working/supporting PF related issues? How many more years you take to resolve this small issue???

        Blank screen is getting displayed after logging into Accenture Career Portal

        Hi, My candidate ID is C9790588. My technical interview was scheduled on 3/8/2021. After the interview, I am trying to login but I am only getting a blank page. Please see the attached screenshot.
        Could you please help in resolving the issue ASAP?...

        When i try to apply for an opening i get a message saying that my resume already exists in the database. Due to this i am unable to apply to any opportunities with Accenture neither i received any call regarding any opportunity if my resume is there with them.

          My educational details task is getting rejected again and again, I have uploaded older transcripts ( done 16 subjects in 6 semester, portal is not allowing me to enter more than 15 subjects. But in updated one unnecessary subjects has been removed), but recently I got the updated transcripts. When I entering semester subjects details it is getting rejected because of old transcripts. I need to upload the updated transcripts. Sent so many mails raised a lot of queries but no reply from anyone. Please help me where to contact the team to solve this issue

            I am Chandra Sekhar Kongara. I am facing a login issue on Accenture Pre-onboard learning. I have logged in many times but never show any problem to me. But on 26th August. I am facing a login issue. it shows invalid login please try again. I have not changed any password or username. And I tried to use the forgotten password but it did not work. It does not send any mail to reset my password. And I have completed 50 percent of my tasks.

                Someone else has created this account, maybe some third party consultancy and applied for wrong Job Id. I want to apply for some other job id and system is restricting as there is already my resume in database. So I want to request the team to delete the CID i mentioned above which was not created by me. I want to apply for some other job id. Please assist.
                FYI, I haven't appear for any Accenture interview yet.

                      Can you please cancel my CID: C9468621. I feel like the existing CID is obstructing my new applications so please do cancel or delete that as soon as you can. I also tried connecting via email but I didn't get any response from the concerned team.

                            Due to some glitches I am unable to take selfie and unable to login to exam window. I refreshed the tab and also restarted the system but same thing is happening again and again. So Kindly look into the matter and if possible please reschedule the assessment to the next date.

                                In Accenture portal status is not appearing. It is appearing as blank. I have cleared all rounds of interviews and got confirmation from HR that we are releasing the offer letter on 23rd July. From that time Accenture portal is blank and unable to reach HR. Please help to correct the issue.
