Job status is OPDP. Not able to access the access application page
Hi my CID is C9774465 i have cleared all the rounds of interview and I got a mail for LoA document and other documents to upload on portal. now I am unable to access my access application page. It is showing blank page unable to upload documents on portal also my status is on hold OPDP as per reply from Accenture helpdesk so please confirm I can get the offer letter or I need to leave here.
Also hr is not replying on call and mail.
How I can reach out to them?

In Accenture portal status is not appearing. It is appearing as blank. I have cleared all rounds of interviews and got confirmation from HR that we are releasing the offer letter on 23rd July. From that time Accenture portal is blank and unable to reach HR. Please help to correct the issue.

Hi,
My candidate id is C9725886.
On 28th of July, 2021, I gave my technical Interview and I cleared it successfully and on the same day I got an email stating that you have been moved to the HR round. And the next day I got a call from one of the HR and asked me all my details like Notice Period, Salary Expectation and Education Background etc and when I asked what are the next steps, I have been told that I will get a call from HR who coordinated my profile.
On the 8th of august in the evening,
I checked in the Accenture Recruitment portal, my status was as below.
"We regret to inform you that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria. We have closed your application and will not be going forward with your candidature."
May I know what went wrong? I have been trying to reach out the HRs but no one is responding.
Please provide the resolution on the same.
