I am Shubham Gupta, recently I have applied for Accenture and I even got my pre-onboarding learning mail. while I was doing my learning modules suddenly from the 26th of May 2021 I was unable to login into my account.
My login credentials are showing invalid in (https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php). I even mailed to the onboarding team but non has responded. and it has been nearly a week kindly look into the matter as resolve it as soon as possible. e

    I'm Pravalika, my CID is C9779084. I've completed digital assessment and digital technical interview on 22nd and 24th of this month respectively. I was told that I've been selected for both the rounds and eligible for HR interview. I've completed my HR interview as well on 27th july. In that i was told to upload documents on the career portal but after logging in the page was showing blank for me from the start itself. I've contacted the POC and support team but didn't get any response. I've contacted them through mails and calls but didn't get any further information. Now, when i login, i can see the something saying that i haven't met selection or verification criteria and closed the application. I haven't uploaded any documents for verification since the portal was not stable and showing blank. I was told that i have cleared all the rounds and completed HR, even HR told me to upload the documents asap for verification. Now, I don't understand on what basis I got rejected/ my application got closed. I've cleared the rounds and was waiting to submit the required documents but because of portal instability, I couldn't do it. Please help me here for clarification. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

    I didn’t get any update on this, I’ve contacted many people but got no response from anyone. Could you please act actively on such issues because I can see so many complaints on the same.

    Hi, I didn’t get any update on this till now. When I call helpdesk they are saying because of location issue they’ve rejected but I said them the same location which I have applied for i.e., Hyderabad and Bangalore and even now I see many openings for the same role in Hyderabad and Bangalore. As my candidature is already there, I’m not able to apply again. Atleast now if there are openings they can consider my profile right as I cleared all rounds and was waiting for HR, even I’m ready to re-apply/ attend interview again. Please move this complaint forward.

    Yes, I am also facing same issue, I have cleared technical round, hr round has not completed. In portal it's showing Application got closed in portal saying that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria.

        Hi Team,
        I gave my interviews and cleared all the rounds and even uploaded my documents. I got congratulations mail also on 27th July. I got a mail stating that i will get a call now for offer discussion.
        Today suddenly when i logged to checked the status i saw a message that states Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.

        We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities.

        I applied for the Salesforce domain and the job openings are still open. But not sure why I received such message. Will i get call again ? Please help me with the next action. I really want to be part of Accenture.

        Please dont be disheartened. This is Accenture's policy of treating the candidiates poorly. It is stated in their company's vision statement. Similar thing has happened with me too and I feel like punching all of their HR & Recruitment staff in the face.

          Hi Team,

          My CID : C9484786

          i have cleared my technical interview as well as done with my final interview on 8th July. But since then whenever I login into the job portal, I am getting a blank page. Not able to see my profile.

          When i checked with helpdesk i got to know my profile is OPDP status (offer pending document pending) . i tried to reach HR but not getting any response. Could you please help me with this issue to make my profile visible so that i can upload required documents if any (however i already uploaded most of the documents earlier) to get an offer.

          Could you please address this issue and make my profile visible on candidate portal ?

            My CID : C9676325

            I have given my technical round which was conducted on 22nd of July, 2021 and post HR round discussion on 24th of July I have been informed that I need to upload documents for further proceedings.
            But from 24th July onwards whenever I login into the job portal, I am getting a blank page.
            Not able to see my profile. Please find the attached screenshot of blank page post login in the job portal

            I have reached out several times on this issue to HR and help desk but not resolved yet. Can you please address this problem and make my profile visible in the job portal ?

              Hi Team,

              I am unable to apply for any job position in Accenture portal.
              Each time I try to apply, I get the same error
              'Thank you for your interest in accenture. You have already been referred to our database and an email is waiting in your inbox for you to click on the link and submit your application. We look forward to your application within the required timelines.'
              When I check my emails, there is no email from Accenture with a link to submit my application.

                  I have attended the Accenture campus drive at my college on October 2020. It's been more than 8 months since I registered for any Accenture drive. Before 3 days, I tried to make a registration for Accenture off campus drive for the role of ASE but I was unable to register. It was showing we already have your details and also I received a mail saying iam not eligible while I meet all the eligibility criteria. I request you to clear my database for the previously attended drive so that I can register for the upcoming drives. Please do the needful.

                      After submitting the documents thar I have, hr called me and asked me to give some of the documents which they require but I don't have. Since after that I can't access the Accenture portal, after logging in it is showing blank due to which I can not understand anything and no other response also I am getting.

                            I am also trying to apply from very earlier to the vacancies but due to an earlier submitted application it had not moved my current application and that old application too is pending there is no further proceedings to it.
                            I am not able to apply any of these @accenture job as the error is showing as "we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources, in the past. Please click here and login to india jobs portal to continue" it shows like this .
                            What i am gonna do, i dont want to miss this opportunity.

                                On 26 July 2021 i given the technical round in Accenture and i cleared it after that i received the email to upload the document and same time i received the call from HR for salary discussion and all the things at 6:30 PM but when HR got to know that i done graduation form Agra University. She said i will check with management if we are ok with Agra University, on the same day at 8:45 PM i received the email from Accenture with subject "you couldn't clear the Human Resource Interview at Accenture". They rejected me because my graduation from Agra university. am i did any crime if i am from Agra University? i am very sad because they are doing the discrimination on basis of education, might be in future they can do discrimination on basis of area like: we will not hire who is from UP, Bihar, haryana etc. Its my humble request to Accenture team, pls look in to this.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have recently cleared technical round and HR interview round with Accenture on 21st July 2021 .. also got the confirmation for same. On 21st July I uploaded my documents in Accenture job portal with the help of HR, but after doing all this, from 22nd July onwards I am unable to track my application status in job portal.
                                      Every time I login it shows a blank page instead of my candidature details. I tried to contact HR through mail and call as I already provided my documents but no response from HR who mailed me to collect documents.
                                      I am not able to get the exact status of my application. please help me to receive my offer letter

                                        Hi I have applied for a spring boot developer position for accenture my candidate Id is C9796064, I was been contacted through mobile and have sent email link to login to the portal for submitting application and upload documents, after doing so I have allowed to book interview slot and I did select for 29th Jul 2021.After that the HR/Recruitment support member Mamatha(m.b.[protected]@accenture.com) who was assigned for my candidature called me and asked for my availability for scheduling interview at 28th July 11:00AM and i agreed to it.At 28th July 09:30AM someone from accenture called me and said that i need to complete online assessment test before the test and she will be sending the mail for the assessment test(which untill now i have no idea) as there was nt time for me to complete it on short notice, I requested the member to shift the interview to some other time and meanwhile I will finish the test and the member accepted that she will be shifting the interview to evening after 4:00PM. Then the HR Mamatha called me around 9:52 AM and asking me to complete attending the online test and interview.I have informed about the interview shift conversation.And she started talking harsh to me like who said about this, you have to complete online assessment test and attend interview and she is asking me if i dont know about assessment.I started online assessment at 11 and could nt join the interview, meanwhile I also faced issues with the MSB browser and called her.She was very rudely saying that you are supposed to attend interview at 11AM and you are calling me now? ... before i am about to utter a single word she disconnected the call.I have all eveidences of this issue and also call recordings which i am always ready to share if anyone wants them.This is absolute disgrace for Mamatha of accenture to treat I am very dissappointed and shocked to take this.
