I am not able to apply for any of these Accenture job as the error is showing as "we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources, in the past. Please click here and log in to the India jobs portal to continue"

Please please do the needful by resolving this issue, I don't want to miss this opportunity to be a part of Accenture.

I have applied for multiple opportunities for the last 1 year but facing the same issue after creating new login Id as also.

    I no longer want to apply for the role of 'Gurugram New Associate-Domestic Language' my CID: C4966557 but I'm not able to withdraw my application.
    Which is not allowing me to apply or get referred for any other role.
    I want to apply for the role of New Associate- Digital Marketing & Campaigns (location: Bengaluru).

    because of my minor pan card, i have not shortlisted for the role of direct hiring associate software engineer. now i changed my pan card but iam unable to apply for the role of ase what i have to do, in faq u people mentioned that pan with minor photo will be no issue, because of this i have been not shortlisted, please solve my issue
    i meet the eligibility criteria with my educational result, but because of pan i have been not shortlisted, what i have to do
    same problem is happening with me my profile is stucked please do something

      While applying, post filling the Basic Details and clicking "next" button, I am directed to a confirmation page stating the below statement:

      "Thank you for your interest in Accenture. You have already been referred to our database and an email is waiting in your inbox for you to click on the link and submit your application. We look forward to your application within the required timelines."

      I have checked multiple times but haven't received any such mails in my inbox. Please check on this concern.

        Hi Team,
        My CID was created on 12/31/2020. I couldn't clear the interview process. It has been 6 months. But still the candidate ID is not removed. I am not able to apply for any jobs.
        Kindly delete my candidate ID.

            Not able to upload documents in Accenture portal-C9657907

            Hi,

            I am getting blank screen while trying to upload documents in Accenture portal.
            However I have received email to upload documents since the position is on hold and the interview is cleared.
            Not able to reach HR for this neither got any response from the helpdesk.
            Please help.

            I got a mail for booking slot for interview but it was showing the slot which was already expired and by mistake I booked that slot so please consider my request and send me the another mail for booking slot for interview.

              Hi, I had registered on the accenture careers site on April 2021 for a job, for which I haven't heard from them and it says pending review. So I wanted to try for other positions from my saved account but I can't do so on the website or even with am employee referal as they say that they already have my profile and CID number saved in their system.

              Could you please help me successfully apply again, by maybe deleting my CID number and saved information if that's the only way?

                    Hello,

                    This is Yagna M, I am hard of hearing hence I can't do a communication test, so I asked the technical support from the link given in the assessment link(https://support.hirepro.in/accenturevspdhhiring/), they said that I should wait for a mail from Accenture. It's been two weeks and I still didn't get the mail, I have no clue how long it takes too. I have cleared 1st round, i.e., Cognitive and Technical. Please resolve this issue asap. Accenture claims to have accessibility for disabled persons, yet me being deaf should attempt a communication test despite it being impossible for me to do it?
                    Please I request you to resolve this issue.

                                    Candidature has been closed even before submitting the docs. When i try to reach out to helpdesk and ayesha, I haven't got any reply back.I have contacted the HR he mentioned my profile is Black listed due to fake University.My college has been accredited NAAC as automous and its was established in 1998 by visvodaya group (1952). Am also placed in techmahindra from the college thru campus placement.
                                    Even worked in reputed company TCS.

                                    Please consider above information and consider my profile for further processing.i can submit my original soft copies immediately after my candidature opens.

                                      My name is Dhananjay Sanjay Pawar. My semester marks task is getting rejected again and again. Its third time my task get rejected and rejection comment like- erase old data and update your all marks.
