Access 2 Health Care — cheating senior citizens

Access 2 health care enrolled my name G.Jagadeesan in the preventive health care membership plan and made payment RS.10069.82 vide SB collect .Before payment they gave false promises as I can take treatment in any hospital.After registered they are telling to go to the hospital which is in their list, but 1st they did not give any hospital list.
Their terms and conditions do not suit the type of treatment and checkup I am now undergoing.So I asked to cancel my policy.The agent Venkat is not attending my call.Till now Access 2 health care is not refunding my money or contact me.
