I accepted a proposal of life policy of rs.5 lakhs from access2 healthcare and paid an amount of rs.7980/- through my credit card. I was told that an acknowledgement will be received today evening itself for the payment received. As no receipt was received i made a call to shri. Aravind, (As per true caller name was shown as manikandan) and asked for the receipt. A receipt was within five minutes was forwarded. However, the receipt was not in a letter head and the address was mentioned as in receipt as no16/1, sp complex, apple villa, 1st floor, lalbagh road, bangalore-560027 - contact : +[protected]; email – [protected]@a2hindia.com. The reason for feeling that the transaction is not a genuine one is that the amount deducted in my credit card is not shown in the recent transaction list. If any thing else has to be done i may please be informed.
