Since i didn't receive the proper response from concern and i decided that don't want to waste my money which paid access 2 health care for preventive healthcare membership plan (Silver).

So due to unsatisfactory service, as per their terms & condition, i have initiated my refund amount as soon as possible and

This company seems to be a fraud. The have introduced themselves as citigroup company. They are not responding on phone neither on email. They have collected the total money by assuring that they are offering emi, and the will refund the money after taking first emi. Inspite of reminder on email they did not respond. The government authorities should take criminal action against them....

I accepted a proposal of life policy of rs.5 lakhs from access2 healthcare and paid an amount of rs.7980/- through my credit card. I was told that an acknowledgement will be received today evening itself for the payment received. As no receipt was received i made a call to shri. Aravind, (As per true caller name was shown as manikandan) and asked for the receipt. A receipt was within five minutes was forwarded. However, the receipt was not...
