I live in hosur) tamil nad). Took captioned healthcare plan @9980/-. At the time of taking policy i was given to understand by senior relationship manager that an agreement has been concluded with sba ortho hosp., sri chandrasekara hospital hosp. And gunam speciality hospital and when i approached shockingly learnt that these hospitals are hearing of this healthcare for the first time and dont have any agreement. I contacted their bangalore branch they advised to visit krishnagiri or bangalore for consultation which locations are away 60 kms. My mails to them have not been replied. They are neither extending consultation nor refund the amount. It is clear that this is a fraud/cheating agency. Their address is not mentioned in any of their documents sent to me.
