mis selling of health insurance company

Dear team
These are the list of complaints i have raised it against their misselling and i have not yet used this policy so far and also am paying interest unncesesarily to creditcard. These people have cheated me by saying attractive words of given wrong commitments.
As i understand that none of the hospitals are accepting their preventive healthcare policy and also no such 80d deduction also.
Please find the list of complaints mentioned below.
Initial complaint was raised for cancellation and refund of money back to my account on 2 nd jan and but from your company when i spoke to prashanth senior service executive stating that call has been triggered from your side. But i have not received any call from access 2health your company.
Praveen is the sales executive who missells this product to me.

Premium amount 7980
Reason for cancelling this policy :
1. As per my company policy this healthcare policy i cannot claim under sec 80d
2. There are lot of miscommunication is happening between your staff and nobody
3. Praveen has given false communication about this product to me which i understand from this. What he promised me is different and what he delivers is different.
4. My preferred clinics are not available under your list however he has given communication claim can be done post usage of consultation with my preferred dr.
5. I understand from customer care is only cash less is available not with reimbursement procedures.
6. There is no consultation fees forever whenever i visit doctors as praveen told to me but i don't see such principles you were following.
7. Praveen explained me about gold policy details but he delivered me for silver and also i have payment receipt of silver but brouches attached with that is gold. There are lot of miscommunication has been happenening amongst your company staffs. With that i cannot continue further more.
8. Scanning charges and prescription amount can be claimed post purchase of medicine 50% is exempted from my preferred hospitals.
9. Prashanth senior service exscutive has given commitment of within2 working days your finance dept person will call me and finish off this procedures but it has been more than 48hrs.
10. It looks postponing of days make not to return back money to customers.
11. As i understand from the policy details within 15days from the date of courier received refund is eligible and reversal of funds also. But i raised the complaint within 10days from the date of payment but still complaint is not yet finished.
12. Unnecessarily am paying interest to creditcard and also request you to reverse interest amount while returning back.

I live in hosur) tamil nad). Took captioned healthcare plan @9980/-. At the time of taking policy i was given to understand by senior relationship manager that an agreement has been concluded with sba ortho hosp., sri chandrasekara hospital hosp. And gunam speciality hospital and when i approached shockingly learnt that these hospitals are hearing of this healthcare for the first time and dont have any agreement. I contacted their bangalore branch they advised to visit krishnagiri or bangalore for consultation which locations are away 60 kms. My mails to them have not been replied. They are neither extending consultation nor refund the amount. It is clear that this is a fraud/cheating agency. Their address is not mentioned in any of their documents sent to me. Help in getting refund
