One important service which arc provides opd basis, secondly if less than 24 hours service hospitalization is also considered in arc on opd basis, where as other insurance if less than 24 will not be considered.

I had met with an accident and hospitalized for less than 24 hrs they had cleared my claim on opd basis, rather than rejecting my claim. I am happy with this service.
