Acclaim Motors — Oil leakage in the Engin

bought a new Royal Enfield, Black coloured Motor Bike
Classic 350 bearing Engine No. U3X5COFC734182, Chassis No. ME3U3X5C1FC191757 ON
20th April, 2015 from M/s. Acclaim Motors, G-1, Pyramid North Square, 120/412, Bellary Road, Bangalore - 560 004 - Tel:
[protected]. There is oil leakage in the Engine of the vehicle which we noticed
the next day. We complained to the Company and requested to replace with a new
vehicle, but the company people refused to replace with a new vehicle, instead
removed the parts of the engine (photo attached) . . The company people also
refused to give any receipt/acknowledgement for having received the vehicle for
repair.I request your goodself to help me in getting a new
vehicle without any problem
