Hi, My name is GOWTHAM A.V. Recently (14 Nov'16) I bought thunderbird 500 marine from Royal Enfield Company Store, Adayar, Chennai. From the day I got delivery there is a kocking sound from the engine and the engine doesn`t even pull in bridges. and simple slopes. I Complained about this issue every 250kms I ridden and now I have jus reached 1500 kms odo. complained on this in velavan motors service center, alapakkam Chennai everytime I take my bike there and once in Royal enfield Company service center also but no actions taken to solve this issue. Engine knocking is a serious issue I cant ride...

I found chassis frame crack near to side footrest, this is serious case please take immediate action on subject issue. this is very critical safety issue so please take action on it. also from day first I have face another issue I complete many time to service center but till not get resolved (Dhone patil service center kasarwadi pune).

Royal Enfield — Service charge on credit card

I have serviced by motor bullet 350 from the authorized dealer Motor India. I have made the bill payment through credit card of Rs.2654 against the bill amount of Rs.2628/-. While asked for the receipt of additional payment of Rs.26/- they have told me that it was charged as service charges for usage of the credit card. charging of the service charge for using of credit card is totally unfair. Royal Enfield — I'm complaining about maintenance service

I'm from Namakkal, I have experienced a very worst service for last few services, so I tried the Chamundi service at Salem but they were also not good even they have not completely check the bike at delivery...The chain and clutch were too tight and the engine sound changed a lot, nowadays i feel uncomfortable to ride my bike, I need to talk about this to higher official so do call me in 9443235500..

Hope they need to be trained much and need to care about bikes rather collecting service charge......

Royal Enfield — Chain Sprocket teeth broken with in 14000 km.

I purchased the bullet classic 350 on May 2015. Now had completed 14700 km.My chain sprocket were broken rear side from 14700 km.Why such a good brands (Royal Enfield ) using such a low cost quality of parts. Please solve this problem as early as possible.

Royal Enfield — Faulty Classic 350 delivered. Not providing spares

After taking delivery of my bike on 12th June, only after 2 days, it's pilot lamps and meter light went off. When I went at service station, they told that the switch is faulty and told that it will be replaced in 2-3 weeks. Nothing happened. When I mailed on 8th Dec., they registered complaint and service manager from South Delhi Royal Enfield, Okhla called and told me to come and get the switch replaced anytime. But when I called before visiting service station, they told product is not available and it will take another 15 days. It has been 6 months now....

Royal Enfield — Poor service after spending rs.12000/- at service centre

Hi
I am Mukesh Tailor from Kalyan. Today I get serviced my bike at Ulhasnagar Service Centre. After test drive by Royal Enfield supervisor I was informed to change many auto parts like Chainspocket, air filter, liner etc. For this I paid bill of 11691/-
I was highly disappointed that I have to come twice today to get repair as my bike engine was getting stop whenever i slow down.
I was surprise that engineer has to finally open fuel tap where he find water and then get removed.

Here i want to ask Team Royal Enfield how you ensure that after spending 12K amount...

Your regnal sir Vishal told us not contact to me for any complaint. and Bengaluru give no of same person ... if you not Abel to give good service then give me my money back ... why I gate such dumped bike with problems in ring ... at the time of delivery your engineers told us yes we give you new ring in few month then what is problem now ... I also give written complaint to you when reading of meeter is 00000 ... if you not solve my problem I have no choice to complain in national consumer court

Royal Enfield — Chain Sprocket teeth broken with in 10000 KM

Dear Sir,

I purchased the bullet standard 350 UCE on November 2015. Now had completed 15800 KM. My chain sprocket were broken rear side (that can only view from our side). From 10000 km onwards it's teeth were broken. Vehicle on the road price without accessories is almost 129000.So. Why such a nice brand (Royal Enfield) using such low quality parts, since vehicle cost they are increasing yearly.

Please do a necessary action for the same.

I purchased my bike(JH05BM 2204-BULLET 350-STANDARD.CHASSIS NO.ME3U3K5C0GE072012.ENGINE NO.U3K5C0GE072012) on 15th of june this year and found that paint of my tool box is light and even the paint of my tank is coming out in dots as if there is bubble under it.

Also hat on my front mud guard it seems that there was a damage and is covered through few layers of paint.i can say this as i have worked in tata motors for three years.
I complained about it but no response is being given from neither the dealer nor company.

My Name is Shainki Agarwal from jaipur Rajasthan. Royal Enfield is an iconic brand bt Royal Enfield services are not at all bothering abt the customer problems and also the company. The service center charge 625 + tax for general service but they are not work properly and don't check the disc break oil front and back. I am very unsatisfied for royal enfield service center again i don't go there and don't suggest to my known. Royal Enfield bikes are having 1n mejor complaint(issues) which is engine oil leakage problem. This problem is nt at all tallrate plz take some action on this...

Hi there,

I'm writing this email with much grief and disappointment.

I got my TB 350 stone delivered on 19th December around 7.15 PM from Legend Motors in Tambaram, Chennai.

The vehicle ran well until 27th December after which my bullet isn't running well on nights.

I reached the same showroom and complained about this. Chief mechanic Stephen took it for a spin on 28th morning and confirmed me that everything is normal.

That night again when I returned home from office my bullet dint start. It chocked every few metres and...

Royal Enfield — Fixing a Tyre Manufacturing Defect takes 3 whole days and no response from their side unless I keep calling them

There was a manufacturing defect in the new TB350 (which was taken from Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, Pallikaranai on 22/12/2016). I noticed there was a tyre problem and went to the Enfield showroom next day. I was given a letter and I was asked to go to MRF to get it replaced. Why would I go all by myself in the first place? It is a manufacturing defect on a very new vehicle. Whoever did the Quality Check from the company side would have slept and signed the vehicle good.

But out of interest I went to the MRF and spoke to them on 26/12/2016. this is because the MRF folks will not...

I recently bought a new classic desert storm 500... On the very first day while i took my bull some sort of sound arises from somewhere... Since am a new user i don't even know what it was... After a few days i went to the showroom and told the problem... Without even checking my bike the stupid service guys told me that sound is usual and we can't do anything... I had given my vehicle for servicing with venkateswara bike zone, chennai, tamil nadu on 18-dec-16. I got a call from them that chain is slightly rusted. Hence he told me that i have to change the chain. I said since it is only light rust, i told him to lubricate. Again he called today (19-dec-16) and told that one chain sprocket teeth has broken and i need to change the same. My vehicle is two years old and the ride km is only 10, 000. Do you have any life specified for your chain and chain sprockets? If so, how much or how long.

He is also insisting to change fork oil and i don't...

Not happy and very diaappointed the way customer get treated.. Just because of 4 days are over so i could not applicable 4th free service... Of my bike... Before that i never get any message for services.. But u r people have record they approached me for service... I took 3rd service after given date so they direct skip my 3rd service & count that service as 4th service. They have not updated me for the same. Today i asked y r u charging if my service is free on that they give me this explanation. I think big organization like you look the concerns of the customer.

Royal Enfield — Chain sprocket reg.

I purchased Royal enfield classic 350 four months back. In first service, I informed about the speed issue of my bike as I was not able to ride above 80km speed. But it is not yet resolved and the service person told me that Royal enfield's maximum speed limit is 80kmph. IS IT TRUE?

Now I have given my bike for third service (24/12/2016). Total distance run in my bike as of now is 6000kms only. Chain sprocket is damaged and they are demanding payment. There should be free replacement. DOESN'T IT GET COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
