I bought this RE Classic 350 6 montha ago from the dealer - Garisa Motors, Kadapa, AP. So far i had 2 poor and unhappy services done by the dealer. Pass Light Issue Royal Enfield Scram 440

My Meteor 350 back mudguard damaged by so called trained mechanic of one authorized dealer in Faridabad during service1 year before. now my simple request-Replace it with new one but RE team is in influence of dealer and negotiating me for rework only — which is not acceptable for me. If one mudguard cost is too high for RE brand then its very worse type of customer dealing.
Hope some one can resolve my issue in RE... otherwise I will not stop till...
Note: Now I am getting service from local mechanic in place of AUTHORISED RE SERVICE SENTER.

    I have booked the meteor 350 in july but due to transfer of my son to south unable to receive the bike due to health issues a refund of 10000 is still showing to collect from showroom in app but when my son approached yesterday at sukhmani motors they denied to pay the amount because the booking was done in july21 at ambay motors and later ported to sukhmani motors i was there for getting refund and for new booking but the owner denied the same as they told they have no records i shown the mails and booking id but they straightforwardly denied to take any action on same in app it is still showing to collect 10000 from showroom

      Refusal to provide documentation of the work done

      I had a downshift problem and later found that a small part was broken inside the engine. I took the bike to the nearest Royal Enfield service center, and they fixed the part and also did a pre-service to the bike.       Hello team,
      I have purchased AMC for my vehicle in Riderz icon, Saibaba colony, Coimbatore.
      Usually if its a paid service the members are being alloted for pickup and service is done, but since I have purchased AMC and requested for service n number of times, it’s been a month and no one has ever come for the pickup and when enquired in call to the service manager number - +[protected] he’s insisting that the pickups will be done tomorrow and tomorrow and so on. It’s been a month and no one ever came for pickup since its AMC service. I request you to take necessary action and kindly avoid providing false commitments to customers. Once Amc is purchased no one cares in the service. All they are concerned is how to make customer take the amc and once purchased never care of it.

          We have faced again n again ECU issue on huter 350
          Anjali motors (mohan Estate, Delhi)changed my bike ECU 2 times in 5 months.

            Respected sir / madam
            Within 4 Months my abs modulator got complained (abs light continuously on) and I am facing serious issues with my brakes.
            I had approached the service center Nasik (Ostwal Auto, a Royal Enfield Service Center in Nashik and mention every time particular this issue
            1 issue JOB CARD- RJC[protected] –[protected]abs light continuously on)
            2 ND JOB CARD – RJC000615CD[protected]abs light continuously on)
            3 - JOB CARD – RJC000615DE04129 –[protected]abs light continuously on)
            4 – JOB CARD –RJC000615FG[protected]abs light continuously on)
            5 – JOB CARD –RJC000615GH[protected]abs light continuously on)
            6 –Current JOB CARD – RJC 000615HI[protected]abs light continuously on)
            And All times they informed to me every time all ok …
            Now they informed me that I had to replace the complete set abs modulator which will cost about 16000 rupees!!!
            I am completely confused what to do. I am very much disappointed on this. Buying my first bike and having a major complaint within 4 months it was very heartbreaking for a true bike lover. Due to this issue I had to stop riding my bullet and i had also cancelled many trips. Spending 18 k just for front brakes (ABS) is not affordable for me. This is the Royal Enfield quality of spare parts and past 3 years we are waiting, now they are saying Out of Warranty!!

            I hope that concerned authorities will look into my matter seriously and find means to it.
            Otherwise i am going to consumer court…

              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delay in the delivery of my booked Royal Enfield motorcycle. I had booked a Royal Enfield Meteor 650 celestial Blue on 22nd October2023 from the Karnavati showroom in SG Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

              Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, I have not received any confirmation regarding the delivery timeline. At the time of Booking i was clearly told the maximum delivery will be 3 Months from the booking date and now almost 4 months have passed. Still there is no clue when I will receive my bike. We have purchased the Bike for my son who is leaving for the US for further studies in Mid of april and he wanted to have the pleasure of riding the bike but now we are in confusion whether we will receive the bike or not.

              Sir we have been clearly notified that you will receive it before 3 months and now we are not getting any concrete reply for the dealership . Sir i request you to please take up with the manufacturer and make sure we get the delivery of the bike within this month otherwise our whole purpose is getting defeated and we wasted 4 months for want of the bike. In case you have notified us that delivery is more than 4 months then we could have opted for some other options which were very much available to us but now we are thinking we have been cheated just for getting your sales target And also believe such delays tarnish Royal Enfield’s reputation and misguide valuable customers.

              We hope you will understand our situation and will help us by delivering our bike in this month only that is February 2024
