Waste and no growth company (3 months notice period)

Hi This is important 3 months notice period and no career growth company in chennai. I have worked for one year in this company. They are not providing certificates and salary. Actually salary date is 5th of every month, but they credited 21st of month this is too much . One more think here is 3 months notice period. Lot of the employees are affected. I am not able to try another organization. Its fake and fraud company in chennai....
