Unsuccessful railway ticket booking fund not return

Address:MAKE MY TRIP

In july 16 i book a railway ticket alway[awy] to chennai central[mas] travelliing date 24 07 2022, booking id nr[protected], i got a message your booking has faled, refund processed, it takes 0-2working days for refund to reflect in account, but after 8 days the money not returnd the company, company name makemy trip....

Paid the amount got whatsapp message also but not updated in app

I booked two flights of delhi to Kolkata of 29th November but due to some issue I changed the date booking to 28th November but for both the flight with different people I paid but for one pnr its showing updated and I got whatsapp msg also but for one pnr its showing paid I got whatsapp msg also but I didn't receive the initiary neither its updated on the make my trip app......

Payment deducted for unsuccessful transaction not refunded

I made a hotel booking on makemytrip.com after all the steps they asked for payment. I had few amount in my wallet cash & the remaining balance i paid through my debit card. Trancsaction failed but the payment was made. Even after 5days my payment has not been refunded till now even after repeated emails on customer support email. My transaction or booking id: NH[protected] My complaint ID as generated by makemytrip customer support: Reference...

If you are looking for a web design company avoid Maketick.com, which is run by Stay away from MakeTick - Sudip Roy, Suparna Pyne, Jayanta Karmakar! They stole my money and never completed the web site. They were very consistent with making excuses and not delivering. I am now in the process of trying to find a good company so if you have had good results with a company please post them here!
