The issue with my television was that the TV set stop working suddenly and the screen always disappear. I loged on line Request for TV repairing expecting the issue to be resolved. However, I have noticed that the defect is either still present or has worsened. I am disappointed as the service provided did not meet my expectations, and the product remains faulty.
I request an immediate review of this situation and a resolution at the earliest convenience. This could include either a proper repair to address the original issue or a replacement of the defective unit. I trust that you will prioritize this matter and provide a prompt solution.
