I purhased a 50 inch acer tv on 7th june 2023 and after only one months our tv stopped working as there is no sound in tv.
We got registered a complaint regarding this and the next day technician came at our home and told us that the speaker of the tv has damaged so there was need of replacement of the speaker but we dont want to get the speaker replaced instead we want tv to be exchanged ...

Sir, i just bought a new Acer 32 inch TV during February 2023 on Flipkart and your representatives installed the same on my home on February 23 /2023. Within 15 days the display becomes failure and i lodged a complaint vide XD-[protected].
