I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent repair service provided for my Acer television, which is still malfunctioning and not working properly

I have purchased Acer television (55inches)date of 11th October2023. From that day one after tv installation. Tv has creating probelem. Audio and video not matching. I tried to complaint customer care am not getting proper response. Then again i tried your customer care and collected your chennai service incharge mobile .his name is Manikandan([protected]). I spoken to him he will arrange service engineer and they come and check my tv and installed new software. After itself issue not resolved. Then that service person told me Mother board probelm. Still problem was not solved. diffrnet noise was coming in tv. Its very worst service.

I purhased a 50 inch acer tv on 7th june 2023 and after only one months our tv stopped working as there is no sound in tv.
We got registered a complaint regarding this and the next day technician came at our home and told us that the speaker of the tv has damaged so there was need of replacement of the speaker but we dont want to get the speaker replaced instead we want tv to be exchanged ...
Please have a look into this matter as soon as possible

Sir, i just bought a new Acer 32 inch TV during February 2023 on Flipkart and your representatives installed the same on my home on February 23 /2023. Within 15 days the display becomes failure and i lodged a complaint vide XD-[protected]. But after acertaing my tv set your representatives ask RS 8800 as repairng charge since my tv screen found broken. I never does anything wrong except remote operation of tv. I had a frustrating experience...
