I have purchased Acer television (55inches)date of 11th October2023. From that day one after tv installation. Tv has creating probelem. Audio and video not matching. I tried to complaint customer care am not getting proper response. Then again i tried your customer care and collected your chennai service incharge mobile .his name is Manikandan([protected]). I spoken to him he will arrange service engineer and they come and check my tv and installed new software. After itself issue not resolved. Then that service person told me Mother board probelm. Still problem was not solved. diffrnet noise was coming in tv. Its very worst service. Was this information helpful? |
