Dear Team,

I purchased an Acer Pure Nitro TV from Flipkart on 24th January. Since the date of purchase, the product has consistently had multiple defects, and the issue remains unresolved despite repeated complaints.
A technician initially visited and clearly stated that the product could not be repaired, advising me to contact Acer Pure. Based on this, the TV was replaced. However, the replacement unit is also defective. Subsequently, a third-party technician from Acer Pure inspected the product and confirmed that it is a failed unit. I was explicitly instructed to obtain a job sheet or job denial form from Acer Pure to proceed with a refund through Flipkart. Even Flipkart customer support has advised the same.

This issue has been ongoing since the date of purchase, which is completely unacceptable. I have already spent a significant amount of time following up, and there has been no proper resolution.

I require immediate action from your end. Please arrange for a technician to visit at the earliest and provide the required job sheet or job denial form without any further delay so that I can proceed with the refund process through Flipkart.
