I purchased an Acer Pure Nitro TV from Flipkart on 24th January. Since the date of purchase, the product has consistently had multiple defects, and the issue remains unresolved despite repeated complaints.
A technician initially visited and clearly stated that the product could not be repaired, advising me to contact Acer Pure. Based on this, the TV was replaced. However, the replacement unit is also defective....
