Acharya Nagarjuna University — I didn't get my provisional certificate but I have to submit my certificate for the job

I got my final semester results 20 days ago from acharya Nagarjuna University but they didn't provided me provisional degree certificate even I asked many times and my I wrote letter to the principal of my college also but there is no response and I want my provisional degree certificate urgently.
