Acharya Nagarjuna University — Not yet Recieved B.Tech Original Degree & Consolidated Mark List

I have applied for B.tech Original degree & Consolidated Mark list at ANU on 2nd Nov. 2021. Its been more than 4 months, still not received certificate. How to track the status? I tried to contact them through phone calls but none of the numbers seems to be working. I needed these certificates urgently for abroad visa requirements.

I have attached here with the ANU SBI challans for reference.
