I am Md siddiqul islam from west bengal. I want to get my od certificate as soon as possible. please tell me whwt I need to do. Tell me full process.

My study centere which is belonge from jalpaiguri. The CEO of the study centere Mr. Motai Roy Already took balance of Rs.4500 from me. but till Now he not provied me the certificate. His study Center name is Swaraswati Institute.
Please take needfully.

Sir,
i had studied in your esteemed organisation during the academic period of 1993 to 96 B.Com at YVNR Govt Degree College, Kaikalur, Krishna District and 1996 to 98 M.Com at ANR College, Gudivada. Till now i did not get my Original Degree. please guide me how can i get the same and do needful.
