I purchased a Motorola phone on Amazon and bought an ACKO insurance coverage for it. some weeks later ACKO cancelled my policy saying they did not insure Motorola phones.
They then asked for my bank details to refund my payment. I gave them my UPI ID instead as I have a policy of not giving out my bank details.
They have repeatedly refused to refund me without my bank details. We are at an impasse.
I cannot see how a modern company cannot adjust to one of the most convenient and secure methods of modern banking. Was this information helpful? |
